I have worked with Stephen Schmidt on numerous issues over the years. With a friendly and personable demeanour, he has always been professional, has handled sensitive issues in a prompt and efficient manner, and was unfailingly patient with my questions through the process. He has represented me with excellence, protected my interests, and made me feel safe during difficult/complicated transitions. This is by far the most incompetent law firm I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Recommended by my realtor who also no longer associates with due to the constant headaches that result. If for some reason you do choose this company, ensure you go over the numbers with a fine toothed comb because using a calculator is not a strength of their's. Arlene, Assistant to John H. If we didn't go through everything, which I'm sure lots of people don't and blindly put their trust in the lawyer. WE WOULD HAVE NEVER OF SEEN THAT MONEY! So if your looking for a lawyer who's unorganized, who loses documentation increasing the time it takes to close the sale of your home. Who doesn't collect all your money, and who has ever excuse in the book as to why they didn't do their job. This is the company for you!
