Took my hot tub pump in last min on a fri eve and he had this thing up and running no issues in 2 hrs.. great prices and excellent service.. highly recommended

Great service from the team! Had a 1HP Hayward Super Pump not firing and my pool was down, so I took the motor off and took it to the team who quickly diagnosed and replaced the Motor for me. Reasonable rates, amazing, friendly service and we had great conversation as well while diagnosing the issue. Will return here with any further business and recommend it to all of Durham Region for their excellent service. Thanks guys!

Great Place to do Business. I had an issue with the motor on my band saw and they took care of it promptly and with a positive attitude. A family business that is well worth working with. The pricing was great, the service was top notch. And the people there are first class. In these times, it is good to find honest and decent people to bring your business to and not to have to worry regarding the outcome. Cant say enough good things about them. Definitely a business to use for any motor and pump needs.

My newly purchased pool pump stopped working after a couple of days.The recently new opened pool store in Ajax wouldn’t take it back to replace or even look at. Told me it was not their responsibility! It was only one week old!After looking at some online reviews I went to Ajax pool and pump.If there was ever someone that exemplified fantastic customer service , it would be Martin.He diagnosed it quickly on the spot and fixed it within minutes.And to top it all off- EXTREMELY affordable.Any one in the Durham region that has any pump issues, you would be hard pressed to find anyone that comes close to their customer service and affordability.

Had the best experience today at Ajax Pump + Motor. Called them a few days ago and inquired about a part for my electric motor. Rather than sell me the part site unseen, it was suggested that I, A" take my dust collection unit apart as woodworking units tend to just have sawdust make it's way into the motor and give it a good blow out or "B" if that doesn't work bring the whole unit in rather than guessing at parts. Needless to say I brought the unit in and set off to shop at Costco thinking it'll be the next day before I hear anything. But!!!!! Perfectly timed

Ajax pump and motor responded to my email inquiry right away and told me to bring in my pool pump to be assessed.Martin was able to replace the capacitor and I was on my way in less then 10 mins.Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.

We went to this shop today. Our Hayward super pump had been acting up.We called several pool stores and had to leave a message. Noone called back.We called ajax pump.. spoke to someone and made our way out to ajax.I truly mean it when I say the service provided to us was way better than I would ever expect.The young man, son of the business was beyond nice, fixed what we needed fixed in no time. We went in expecting to buy a new pump.. which we soon learned was unnecessary; the honesty and service was outstanding.We need more of this in our worldCan't say enough how amazing this experience was.I never write reviews. Had to as soon as we left.

Excellent service and extremely trustworthy. I took my Hottub pump in there as I thought it failed. They quickly diagnosed it as a corroded wire, showed me how to fix it and provided the parts and didn’t even charge me. I would highly recommend Ajax pump and motor and will be going back for any pump/ motor issues. Great to see a company like this in Durham region. Highly recommend.
