We ordered blinds for our new home and Patricia was absolutely amazing to work with! She is very knowledgeable and was helpful throughout the process. There were so many details to review and Patricia never missed any of them. She made sure that we were able to get our blinds installed on the day we moved in and also made sure we were getting the best price possible. Thank you so much Patricia for making this a smooth and easy process for us!Javier was the one who did our measurements at out house and installed all of the blinds. The blinds selection was good and Jeffrey was very knowledgeable and thorough. I purchased 9 blinds and it took about 3 1/2 weeks to receive only 8 of them. Now, I was told it was going to take a couple of days to receive the remaining blind they owe me.Other than that, the installation of the blinds was very simple and the new windows look great. I wish the store would be more thorough when it comes to receiving and verifying the order before communicating to the customer that their order has been received and it is ready for pickup.

I had a great experience however, this time (I had purchased before and all was perfect)….. my blinds did not come on time and I did not receive any communication about the delay. Only when I approached the store, I learn that the blinds were going to be around 3 weeks late.

I was there in the at about 2:00 pm today. The guy at reception was sleeping.The two individuals working at the back disappeared. Nobody to help. Explored the products by walking around but left.No respect for customers. Left in depair

The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Communication regarding our order prior to submitting it was fluid and respectful. Our roller shade had a minor defect but we brought it back to the store and they were very obliging.

Installer did a terrible job, didn’t even finish and took him eight hours… He was super on organized unprofessional, blood all over my dining room table and white dining room chairs. Tracked mud all over my white carpet. I spent hours after he left scrubbing the blood and mud. He also ended up knocking ladders into my furniture, my vents, and my chandelier… He knocked off multiple crystals… Super unprofessional super messy super chaotic… Completely unorganized. overall awful experience ended up with way more work afterwards… I wish I never even replaced my blinds. Not worth the hassle And the damage to my condo

Wendy was exceptional helping inside the store with my quote and setting me up for my appointment with Alex. Even during my continuous calls to Wendy, she was very professional, polite and extremely helpful. Alex did a phenomenal job with measuring our windows and providing his expertise and explaining the whole process. He was very polite and just overall amazing! We are super excited for when our order comes in and he comes back to install them. We would highly recommend this location!
