The staff here are nice, friendly and personable. Customers are treated well, with care and consideration. Always open to provide customer service and support when needed. All in all, a pretty homey place to go for eye health care after being a customer for several years.

Great place. I went there for my ortho-k lenses and although there was a little wait time it was worth it. The doctor did the tests very efficiently, explained everything in thorough detail and was very polite. Compared to many other stores their prices are cheap as well. The only thing might be there is occasionally a language barrier if you can’t speak chinese. Overall it was a great experience.

This place is amazing! I have been coming here for the past six years and you really can't beat the service they give. I recently purchased a new pair of glasses and EVERYONE on their team was helping me and working with me to get the best frames and price possible! When I've been to other locations like Lenscrafter to look for glasses, all the sales rep just push the highest price and try to add in all these unnecessary items so the glasses total to $$$. At Wales, the sales rep Jeff I believe helped me in getting the NECESSARY add ons I wanted and tried to give me the best price possible for them.Whenever I order my contact lenses, they always arrive on time or even earlier! I've never had an issue here with any late arrivals or bad customer service. Every time I come in I feel very welcomed and the staff are there to help!Especially with Covid-19, the staff has taken so many protocols to make sure the place is safe and hygienic for all customers.Been a customer for over six years and I definitely will be staying with Wales optical for a very long time.

Our family has been going to Wales for over 10 years. The owners are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service and they always do their best to find the most suitable glasses for you. If there is ever any issues with the product, they will always take care of it promptly. During COVID they have policies implemented to keep everyone safe. Highly recommended to all!

I’ve practically been with them since they’ve first open. Their customer service over the years are consistently helpful and positive. Especially now during this pandemic, they will go the extra mile to making their customers feel safe by having timed appointments and curbside pick up service! It’s also extremely convenient that they have in house eye exams to take your prescription if you ever need. They offer various products and will recommend ones that are suited for your needs. Definitely an A+ in my books!

I always have a great time visiting Wales Optical. The staff there have always taken the time to recommend and help me find a pair of glasses that would meet my personal and lifestyle needs. Most recently, I was looking for something that would sit lightly on the bridge of nose without it feeling too heavy or uncomfortable after prolonged periods of wear. Suffice it to say, I am very happy with my latest purchase and would not hesitate to visit the store again.

Very good service and after-sale service. I am a long time customer for 20 years that bought over 10 pairs of glasses for my family. The staffs are knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are very good and delivers promptly to me even with my custom-made sporting glasses with prescription. Even during Covid time, they have good safety measure so don't be afraid to book appointments with them. Highly recommended.
