This was my first time having a vehicle serviced by Hyundai North Battleford. I found the staff friendly and welcoming. New staff were being trained so I found it lacked the smooth functioning of some of the other dealerships I have dealt with. The space is small so I found it a little cramped and difficult to have a conversation with the staff. There was good communication during the inspection of my vehicle and I was not made to feel that non-essentials needed to be repaired immediately. I did not feel coerced or talked down to. I found the parts manager to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and able to explain repairs in plain english. I was not offered a courtesy ride anywhere or back home nor was I offered a ride for the next upcoming appointment that will be beyond sitting in the waiting room.

Had our Palisade in for a scheduled service check and oil change. Everything handled smoothly including a minor recall. The dealership visit is always pleasant! Clean, comfortable and efficient! Thanks for your attention to detail!

Service is usually always great! This last time that I was in I was offered a choice of a quick complimentary cleaning of my choice. I thought that was quite nice of the service department.ent to do such a thing! However, my mind was quickly changed when my vehicle was returned and the complementary service that I had chosen was not completed nor were any of the others on the list. Normally it would be a 5 out of 5 but due to this new service, I give a 3.

My purchase experience of a new vehicle through North Battleford Hyundai was exceptional. They treated me very well and were friendly as well as accommodating to my needs. This is my sixth new vehicle I have purchased and by far the least headache. Byron was awesome to deal with as well as everyone else. In the future, I will probably be going there first when I buy another one.

Brought my car to be checked out as I was having issues with the engine and my mechanic told me Hyundai had recalls on the same make/model I have. Had to tell them 3-4 different times what my issues were. In the end they told me my engine is fine but I need a new starter. I brought my car to my regular mechanic and he confirmed I need a new engine.

Byron Hildebrand helped me get into my new wheels.He made everything quick and easy, was extremely accommodating provided me with transportation to and from the dealership.I never felt rushed or like he was pushing anything on me.He defiently made this whole experience just fantastic.Defiantly recommending to my friends and family !
