Terrible Doctor. Went to a lot of trouble to see him via video conference and in person visit initially. When he finally came on camera he said I don't know you go see some other doctor you have seen in the past." Extremely un professional and I felt that racism may have played a part in his attitude. Stay far away from this doctor and probably this clinic."

I'm torn because while Dr. Khawaji has been really nice with me, my ratings are for the front desk/reception staff. They are possibly the rudest I've ever had to deal with, and on top of that they don't believe patients. I was told There''s no reason why you can't come to our office" when i had JUST explained i had a viral infection and can't leave the house. The doctor has notes on it as well. This clinic needs to seriously hire better front of staff if they want the business to thrive."

Fantastic clinic. Great staff, and Dr. Kahwaji is amazing. Follow up and care is truly remarkable, Couldn’t be happier.

I hope the owner of this clinic really reads the review about the old white woman at the front deskShe was the worst receptionist I've ever met, and she was in control of everything, deciding when patients could see the doctor and when they couldn't.You open a clinic to make a profit and patients need to see a doctor because they have a real problem, but this receptionist doesn't care the reason patient needs to see dr. it really depends on her mood . more and more patients don't want to go here because she is rude and uncommunicative.(take a look for the google review)Most of the time no one answers the phone at the front desk. I've given up on this clinic and won't come back. I came to see a doctor for help, not to be blamed by the receptionist.

I have been seeing Dr.Kahwaji for more than 15 years even when he was at his previous clinic at Lansdowne Drive. I have been very happy with his services all these years. He has always worked to address my health concerns and ensures that I am comfortable with the decisions that are are made at every session. The front desk staff have also been a part of this great team. I have enormous confident in Dr. Kahwaji and am grateful to have found a caring a competent physician for my heath care.

My wife and I have been with Dr. Kahwaji for well over 15 years now. I wonder why I did not think of writing review before. Anyway, better late than never. . He is a great doctor and equally great human being. His diagnosis is excellent, his expertise well-rounded with years of experience. He listens very well, doesn't rush you, a rare quality in busy doctors, such as he is. I can go on, but basically, it comes down to one thing, he cares. And, the same goes with the office staff. Honestly speaking, we rate our choice of Dr. Kahwaji as our family physician one of our best decisions of life

We are really satisfied with the service and care from the entire medical team here from the reception, to nurses, and doctor.I understand the strain on the medical system and that it is challenging and frustrating for many people to work within it's constraints. However, I want to acknowledge the hard work and contribution of these people to my family's well-being and also to our wider-society.Would recommend Dr. Kahwaji and the entire team for a family doctor.

My son and I have been in the clinic’s care for over a decade and we can honestly say that the doctors and the administrators have been exceptionally professional and caring. Dr Kahwaji has been taking care of us with dedication, knowledge, and patience, and Jody, the lady who is the clinic’s main administrator, has been always exceptionally kind, polite, and caring. They work so hard! Their jobs are extremely demanding and they are going above and beyond their duties to make sure that all patients of the clinic receive care. Over the years, Dr Kahwaji, Dr Saleeb, and Jody have always been reliable and professional. They genuinely care for the clinic’s patients.

For someone who works directly in the health care industry and knows how health care works directly, I have to say this is the most disappointing medical clinic I’ve ever been to. The front desk medical office administrator is extremely disrespectful to clients and unaccomodating. She has a very rude tone in person and over the phone. She will absolutely not make any exceptions under any extraordinary circumstances and you are unable to book any appointments over the phone. Not really sure how older adults manage, especially if they struggle with technology. I even feel the doctors are more accommodating than the MOA, but obviously you have to go through her first. She has way too much control. I really think it’s time for this clinic to rethink a new MOA.
