Victoria's Secret & PINK

Bought 3 bras from Victoria Secret because I loved the fit! All 3 have a front zipper. Within a month of purchase ALL 3 zippers won’t work!!! Busting open while I’m out…. So embarrassing.The amount of money I spent on these bras makes it is very disappointing. Not to mention buying them from Victoria secret who is the queen of bras!Next purchase will def be from underamour …. Much better quality. Very disappointed

Staff unknowledgeable and have to look for them to get any service. Bra sized wrong twice. Limited on items.

Very friendly, non judgmental staff! The best part is they're not pushy which I absolutely love. Their bras are good quality and last quite some time. As for the whole Covid protocols, they sanitize everything, even spray the rooms where you try things on. They did say to social distance from other customers, but it's a little difficult to where it's such a tightly packed store. But overall I highly recommend going here!

Very nice staff and great location in the mall. The only thing is everytime I go they are low on stock with xs and s sizes hence the 4 star review. Other than that they're lovely.

I am never one to write negative reviews but I have to put this out here because of how badly I felt after leaving this store. I have been a loyal customer at Victoria’s Secret for over 5 years. I came in to the store with my Victoria’s Secret tote bag which I always bring with me to shop. This month alone I placed five different Victoria’s Secret orders and during this month they gave me reward cards. Since the website is American, I am unable to redeem these reward cards in the Canadian stores because it has a different code. Usually, when I explain the situation the manager gives me a Canadian reward card (to give context these reward cards are usually $20 off of $50 but this time it is $20 off of $60.) the manager in the store told me that she would not give me the Canadian reward card and that I can seek support online which I do not care to do. I took the bus to get to the store so that I could support one of the few remaining Victoria’s Secret stores in Canada, only to be met with this kind of treatment. What Victoria’s Secret stores fail to realize is that their demise is due to their decrease in customer service and appreciation. When I asked the manager for her name she told me it was Stephanie. I hope that the Victoria’s Secret stores in Canada retrain their employees to value customer service or they will all continue to shut down. Shopping at Victoria’s Secret used to be a pleasant experience. Now at the door I am greeted by someone carrying a measuring tape asking me if I want to get measured for my bra size before I can set foot in the store. It is a real shame that an in store manager at a store I have supported for years has turned me off from this brand. If only she knew how loyal of a customer I was to the store. While Stephanie may have saved" the store $20 off of a purchase

Awese help but would have been easier if there were more sizes than XXL I'm plus size and their bra's and panties don't fit me. But love that it was brought to my attention that there was a sale going on , and surprised that I was able to fit in their clothes too.

Good sale and even got a coupon for next purchase.

Went on a Monday, wasn’t too busy in the mall and there was a plethora of staff to help me! Found out I was wearing a bra 3 sizes too small and that they don’t have to be a pain to wear! Extremely satisfied with the product and service!
