Website says it's open, drive ALL the way out there and there's a sign on the door that says due to unfortunate circumstances....closed" Incompetence! No 2 staff members could have gone in for the shift? They simply close the doors?! Wow! I don't know why more places aren't selling these supplies

Wish I could give it a zero, I was new I recently got a perm and the lady their sold me the worst products ever and tried to sell my other stuff in don’t need. Please dont go here

Today was the best experience I have ever had at Sally. The staff member assisted my 9 year old and I on picking out hair products for our difficult hair. Not only was the associate helpful, but she interacted with my child and got her involved and excited about the products and the store.

The staff are always very friendly and available if you have any questions and need help. I’m always able to find what I need here!

Lovely staff. The manager is really amazing. For my hair colouring needs I never have to go to a salon because she is my guide. Every time I want to try something new with my hair! She guides me with all the product and treatment! Thankyouuuu ☺️.

I asked for help finding colour remover, and the worker told me not to bother and just use bleach. I told her that I prefer colour remover and that I’ve done my hair dozens of times, but then she told me about her experience and how I’m basically wrong. I still took the colour remover and I heard her and her coworker whispering. When I went to pay, they were irritated. I didn’t ask for her opinion or for help.

I like the owner of this place she’s very nice always calls me by name. Anyways a few times I did overhear chit chat with workers and customers? Talking about theft? Really? Saying oh yes we have to watch the ones with bags and bulky clothes? Okay? Yah I go into the store with sweats and a hoodie get what I need pay and out the door? I go home get ready and I’m a totally diff person! But one time I missed out they were just closing my bad then as I walk away get in my truck I’m sitting there to leave I look towards the door three workers are all at the door peering out watching me? Like really? Are you that scared of Lil Ole Me? Then I watched them all run to their vehicles. I won’t pull a race card but it seems like that’s what it was! Welp never have I felt so mad in that moment, then I brushed it off! I always feel profiled coming to Sally’s I’m to a point I quit I doubt I’ll return! Besides why should I smile when workers surround you from behind at pretty much every visit. I’d give a financial dig but nah I’m content with my stack, even if the workers think I can’t afford anything!

I love going here. I went in today to grab some toner for my hair, and the lady working (sorry didn't grab her name. She had short, dark hair.) was incredibly helpful, kept her attention on me and my mom while we were shopping and was amazingly nice. I go here all the time and every time I go, someone asks if I need help and I get sufficient and quick help right away. Love the staff that works there and there's soooo many products!
