Since shopping with Kiehl's Metrotown 10 years, Metrotown store changed a lot. Sales used to be very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, but the recent shopping experience was terrible. The sales who helping me didn't clearly know the store policy and the other male sales beside taunted about the people who recycle empty bottles was dig out from garbage bin.

I was helped by Daisy today at the Metrotown mall location, and I want to start off by saying how amazingly helpful she was. As soon as I came in the store she greeted me kindly and asked what I was looking for.She was relatable, enthusiastic, and overall just a joy to come across. I am so happy. This was actually my first time at this location and now I don't think I'll ever set foot in any other location than this one again! Huge thumbs up to this team, to Daisy, her coworker that day who was also very sweet, and to Kiehl's overall. :)

Their customer services is very good and professional. Kiehl’s products nourish my skin perfectly. Especially, Daisy provides a great experience for my face and hand massage, while trying multiple products.

This store really needs to improve their sales attitude. I have been to this store many times and in 95% of time, their sales do not welcome customers and even in a bad attitude. For example, today when I walked in, a women who serviced me just made me feel like I owe her 1 million dollars. I was not suprised though because they have been like that many times. So I would like to leave this review to let other customers know and do not have good expectation on them.

Today, I went to look at the products and the employee, Eva checked my cancerous skin condition and recommended me some suitable products! She was very informative and understanding. Also I love her hairstyle :)

I've always loved KIEHLS, but they discontinued one of my products so I haven't been back for a while. I came to return some empty bottles today (if you return 6 empty bottles, you get $15 off your purchase!) and received such amazing customer service! I was told that there is a new product and given some samples to try. He also was very informational and friendly, and I found out Kielhs are updating their products to be me clean and environmental friendly. I can't wait to try out the samples and if it works for me I'm definitely going back! I can't wait to try the new product

Knowledgeable and helpful staff who took the time to help me figure out my skin's needs and underlying issues. Ben, especially, was extremely patient and helpful when answering my questions and introducing products that suited my problematic skin. The store was busy as it was a hectic weekend afternoon, but at no point did Ben or the rest of the staff attempt to rush or push me to make a purchase, or leave me to assist other customers. Top notch customer service and 10/10 would reccomend this location to friends.
