Birds have wings because they are meant to FLY. Breeding birds and selling them to people who keep them in cages is CRUELTY. Before you buy a bird consider that your first vet appointment will be 170+. Did you know birds like to explore, play, fly, forage for food and engage with people, just like dogs or cats do? Did you know they need natural perches such as trees and branches to keep their feet healthy? Did you know birds need vegetables and not just seed? Did you know cats and birds are natural enemies in nature? Please consider these things before buying a bird and sentencing it to life in a cage.

Always have what I need for my 3 puppies. Decent prices and usually have good sales. Large variety of pet food and treats. Friendly staff and always willing to help with their knowledge of products. Accessible for wheelchairs and strollers to.

Feeling totally ripped off!! 3 visits in under 5 months for a total of 543.53! We were told if we bring him in every 6 to 8 weeks it wouldn't cost so much! When asked why so much we were told our dog does not behave and it takes more time an we were advised to bring him in 2 weeks to hang out for a half hour for another $35 + tax putting our Pet Smart Grooming bill pretty close to $600 in barely 5 months! Way to much for a retired couple on pension or anyone for that matter who are trying to keep their dog happy and healthy! Beware!!!

I love PetSmart. They care about their customers. They go out of their way to assist. My dogs have been eating authority dog food their entire life. They are happy and healthy at 10 and 14 years of age.

It was hard to find a staff member to point me in the right direction. The layout is not well thought out. More staff is required to help accommodate and expedite the checkout. However, the staff member at the cash was extremely friendly. And moose loves his new doggo tag.

Large selection of kitty litter boxes, which was what I went in for. I was looking for a large box with high sides and found what I wanted. It was reasonable at $39.00 for such a large box, with a cute side holder for my bags and litter scoop.The litter catcher pads were too pricey there though. The foam type ones were $40.00 and I can get the same one at dollarama for $4.00. I wish those were more reasonably priced. I attached a photo of the white and blue foam mat from the dollar store, which was the same as the type at pet smart (different pattern of course than pet smart)

I BROUGHT GLADYUS HERE FOR A TRIM LAST TUESDAY AND HE WAS SO EXCITED TO SEE HIS GROOMER, THEY GOT ALL THE TICS OUT HOWEVER GLADYUS RETURNED LOOKING A LITTLE SCARED. I THINK THEY POKED HIM. 3 STARS I CANT TURN AUTO CAPITALIZATION OFF
