Minor caution advised, would not advise relying on their technology as it has a tendency to lack in durability and thus can be a waste of your effort, but that can be expected for a franchise that relies on making their products accessible to those of a lower income.However, for the Fergus location especially, I've experienced incredibly polite staff, well stocked and organized shelves, and in my mind it is the perfect place to go in a pinch for affordable snacks and knick-knacks. If you're looking for the best price for quality and quantity on energy drinks or chips, two of my favourites, this is the place to go.

The Fergus Dollarama is always well stocked and clean. It is well lit with a good aisle size. There is a much better selection than most of the Guelph stores. It usually a good place to stop to get in and out in hurry.

Always find something to buy. Typically don't need it lol. Good for decorations and seasonal stuff. One of the better ones around. Very clean.Recent visit March 29, 2023. I would not typically even be bothered to mention this complaint, but it is a few times now I have experienced miserable staff. Unhappy and rude. Two people in particular in this store that need to be spoken to about their manners as well as their attitudes. I work retail as well and would never speak the way I have heard these staff members communicate to customers. Otherwise no complaints. Other staff very friendly and helpful.

Love the place...best store ever!!! Just dropped in today to pick-up some last minute things for Christmas. It is the kind of place you go in for one or two things and you come out with 10 things. You pay 2-3 times more at other stores...so I would recommend shopping at this store if you want a good deal.

Very disappointed at this location. They put a price label with cheaper price on the shelf, and are not willing to return the item for me. Put your price label right and don’t confuse people. Also, The cashiers are not friendly at all.
