I gotta say this is my go to store for my company supplies but went in there today to buy some masks and nitrate gloves . The masks weren’t the usual 3m masks I usually get with a filter ..the masks I got were a cheaper Chinese masks no filter and charged me 60$ for ten masks that’s price gouging at its finest thanks Calgary fasteners best step is calling covid hotline for price gouging !!!

I came in on a Saturday morning and the guys were really helpful and knowledgeable, and with great prices. This is just a first impression but from my 10 minute convo with the service desk guy and I think a manager i can tell these people are absolute beauties. Will return.

My first go to place for fasteners and commercial quality tools. They almost always have the fasteners I need.

Absolutely useless place with bunch of useless and unprofessional people inside. Came there to get quotes on some parts for my welding helmet . Spent 30 min waiting, they were desperately clicking computer to find out they have to get quote from manufacturer sayings, they will call me back. OF COURSE NO BODY DID. Same day I left my millwaukee grinder there for repair. In 3 days the guy from the counter called me saying they can't take it for repair, cause tool was not purchased in their store. Unless I will leave 50$ deposit. SERIOUSLY GUYS ? AND YOU DID NOT KNOW THAT WHEN YOU WERE TAKING IT? Repair shop next door take it without questions and any deposits. This place is waste of time.

I had never visited a Calgary fasteners location before, and did not know what to expect. often when visiting a tool specialty store, the first person you talk to has no idea what 1/8 is

Called on the phone and had a bit of a dumb question for them as I’ve never been here before to purchase hardware. They took my question in stride without making me bad for my question. In store experience was even better. Brought in my broken bolt and they gentleman I asked literally dropped what he was doing to help me. He named my hardware from the back (and even gave me some helpful recommendations regarding my use for them) and took me to the front to ring up. The other staff at the front were incredibly polite and even engaged with my 6 year old I had in tow.Super happy with not only the price for my purchase, but with the staff who were there too. Will definitely revisit for my future nuts and bolts needs.

Nita was super cool and gave me some great advice for my project today. Also, I picked up the wrong screws once and had to return them; they refunded me no questions asked. Great place, great staff.

Cheating company told me 65 dollar after bring out staples said 72 and I get every week 65 cheating

Poor Customer Service- my experience was not at the location but with my company's sales rep Paul. It took over two weeks to get a simple response. When I asked a question about products in person he asked me to email him. I waited a week then sent a follow up email, now two weeks later he came in to answer me in person. I did not receive an explanation or apology for his lack of response and just poor customer service all around. I had to take my business elsewhere

I have been using Calgary Fasteners&tools for more then 25 years. Have to say I have never had a bad experience ever. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. One time I got to the store close to closing and picked up some bolts, I was in the parking lot making sure they would fit as the employees were closing up. The manager walked out and lock the door. He looked over at me and could see on my face that what I had didn’t fit. I said I would come back tomorrow. He said no, come on and opened the store back up so I could get what I needed. Companies like this are few and far between now a days.I always recommend them first to anyone looking for fasteners or supplies for a building project!
