Just had wrost experience at this location you only got three ppl working at 630 at night. Two ppl on drive thru irgoreing people waiting for food. The girl taking orders can't make food like come on you should be trained in everything in my opinion! Then when I pipe up because I was waiting 15 mins they started giving me attitude saying they are short staff. Technically this is not my problem I am a customer I've been waiting a long time for my food. Then I demanded my money back because I was not waiting forever the lady that was doing the drive-thru came over to give me my money back she was extremely rude about it. your customer service at this location is horrifying I will never be back. And I will be telling all my family and friends to avoid this locationAll through this the girl in the Drive-Thru absolutely disgusting verbal mouth she's got on her yelling from across the way extremely unprofessional there.

I never had an issue with employees at this location before, but tonight was a different story. The guy working at the drive thru tonight was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was there with my 12 year old sister, and we both ordered Oreo strawberry creamy chill. But when it was made, I saw that it was just the strawberry one, so I told him nicely that we ordered the Oreo ones. He glared at me, didn't say a single word, and just yanked them out of my hands and walked away to make new ones. Then once he gave us the correct ones, I said thank you and he didn't say a single word again and didn't even smile and left.I've worked in fast food for 3 years before. I know what it's like to be busy or short staffed. But you never take it out on the customers. He didn't have the basic courtesy of saying sorry or you're welcome. And was rushing and made the wrong order. This guy needs to take a course in customer service or just learn some basic manners!!!

It was around 7pm we took a quick stop on this location and order steep tea and potato veggies. When we took a bite of veggies, the veggies were stone cold and hard to chew. We garbage them right away.

Every time I order something they will absolutely mess things up, the easy coffee will never be stir. Any other food order will be messed up, no bacon on turkey bacon club, there will be no sauce Each time I order even though i ask for sauce in it.Never ever going back there and I highly recommend not to visit or please careful while ordering.Very dissatisfied service.

The server made me 3, THREE iced caps as I had asked for a vanilla creamy chill. I get one regularly and the server yelled at me trying to tell me they were the same thing. Then refused to give me my money back. I also ordered with almond milk and no whip, she put whip on all 3 of them, regular milk in one and 2 almond milk iced caps... the stupidity was just unreal. I've worked at Tim Hortons, it's not that hard to know the menu. Plus her customer service was non existant.VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE!

UPDATED: I received a napkin today with my order!!! Unfortunately, my sammich looks like someone grabbed a stack of meat from a pack, slapped it on the lettuce and called it quality. Leaves way too much sammich without meat bites. The drive-thru employee was heavily focused on a story being shared on her side of the window, and said less than one word to me.Original Review = 2 starsNapkins rec'd = +3 starsNew review = -2 starsNew Review Rating = 3 starsYou're moving up, Tim's!Original Review: They do not provide napkins unless you ask, regardless of what you order. How can they imagine a napkin is not needed for sticky donuts or sandwiches? But if you ask for one, more often than not you will get 10. They are out of stock of whole wheat sandwich bread all the time. The new strawberry smoothie is half as good as the previous strawberry-banana smoothie. Cannot speak to their coffee, as I cannot drink their watery brown liquid.

At little more effort of making the wraps would be greatly appreciated. I rather not have to build my own wrap when it should be already done. Disappointed in the workers. Sloppiness is not the key to a customers heart lol. Do better. I know how stressful it can be, but seriously.
