Tried to charge me $4.50 for a single box of kraft dinner and when I inquired about the price i got called cheap and was askes who do I think I am complaining about the price I front of my daughter then refused to sell me the rest of my items because I simply said no thanks in not paying $4+ for a single box of KD. Then they started yelling at me telling me to be a better parent in front of my daughter and to not be so cheap.

Updated review - in my last review I mentioned that the lady working here is disrespectful. So these guys came up with my other review on KOD which doesn't had any relation with my character (as I left that review on behalf of someone, I am regular customer there and after I left review management talked with me and they know me as well), But upon checking your reviews I would better say that she behaves the same with every Indian people and that shows volume of character of the lazy lady. And it's very uncommon for a respectable business to get kind of same review from particular community and even from a delivery driver (as I have never seen delivery driver uploading review on any business). Being a owner of small business, I know the level of respect workers deserve and I also know that level of disrespectful was served to me. And a piece of advice, if that lady is just working there than I would say that the lady does not belong to the job of customer service because asking your customers to change the review online wouldn't gonna me any changes to her character. And she owner by her self than you need to change the business All the very best to the owner for trusting th eir employees over customer you will sink soon. Good luck

Best staff ever. Very personable. The manager is super sweet she helped me load all of my items in my car when I had my broken wrist. Kind hearted lady.

So I recently had covid and ordered groceries from uber eats for here, left a note for the driver letting them know hey I'm sick leave by the door so I don't get you sick too, open up the groceries to find 2 lemon ginger tea satchels and a note from the clerk at the store thanking me for leaving the note and wishing me to get better soon..... now THAT is service

Worst place. Lady work there have zero customer skills. Whenever i go there she behaves very rude and disrespectful. She is clearly a recist.

Updating my previous review from 5/5 stars to 50/10 stars, because showtime is literally that cool.Seeing how I've been all over the province I can easily say this is quite literally the best convenience store in N.S. ... without a doubt.Awesome employees, excellent customer service, and they always have my favourite snacks in stock :)))Tysm for writing cute things on my bag too <3 always puts the biggest smile on my face!Thank-you showtimeeee!!! So this is my experience with my time at the store, as well as observing them deal with other customers. And this will be pointed TOWARDS another reviewer as well who is essentially beating around the bush and insinuating discrimination and decided to write a long post that really amounts to an opinion" NOT an experince. The aforementiontioned "lazy lady" is not what you claim as I regularly have been using this store since December. Not once have I seen What was claimed

Both the man and woman are super nice hardworking people. the prices here are fair and they have cheap darts, they carry everything.they are friendly and chatty and always joking around with their customers,they really do know everyone.i am a long time customer and i noticed that theres been an influx of negative reviews targeting the lady.its OBVIOUS who is writing these reviews..lets be honest..we have seen it everywhere..they butt in line,they interrupt while the people are serving customers, they put their dirty bags everywhere and the list goes on..its the courier drivers!These guys have ZERO manners and all they can do after being put in their place is write bad reviews.god love yas for dealing with the stuff you deal with on a daily. I'll continue to give this awesome store my business.keep up the good work showtime

The lady in the Store is really rude and racist for no reason, have had multiple experiences and it's the same everytime, the guys that work there are super nice and respectful but the lady just a Karen.
