Highly Unprofessional! Cancelled my appointment a day before i was scheduled, when i had booked their service 3 months in advance! Their staff is not even apologetic about the whole cancellation! Flabbergasted at how they offer you an appointment time without consulting their hair stylists.

I’ve been searching for an amazing hairdresser for the longest time, someone who could tackle my thick hair. I found Paulo’s hair salon through some Instagram accounts I follow and decided to try it out. I’m so glad I did that! He’s amazing and definitely knows his business. He got me a better haircut than I was expecting. Thank you so much for the amazing service! I will definitely keep coming back ❤️

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience there even though I got quite a few recommendations saying that Paulo was great. I was overly charged for a service and it took almost 4 hours to get my hair coloured and get a simple haircut (and it was a weekday!) I asked to cover my highlights with my natural colour (dark brown). I left the salon with a super black hair that turned out to be almost red a day after. My hair is still red on the roots and it looks like I did the service myself even though I paid over $400 (including tip). I’m definitely not going back. What should be a special day for me became a nightmare :(

I loved my hair! Paulo is a Paulo is an amazing hairdresser! I wanted completely blonde hair and he knew how to guide me to the best color for my skin tone and I loved!

Visited for the first time. I did hair colour, treatment & blow out with Monica after we did a consultation with Paulo. She did such a great job & it was exactly what I asked for. They were extremely professional and worked as a team to ensure I achieve great results. Highly recommend.

Do not recommend it!Last night I had my first appointment there. The experience was good, with the girls and Paulo. Unfortunately, this lasted until the moment I had to pay. I was charged the wrong amount (and overcharged) for my service.The client must have the right to choose. The website stated hair coloring at +65cad. I called and explained what my hair was like and to confirm the price - I was confirmed 80cad. Considering this price I chose to book my appointment, and obviously aware of tax and tips.By the time he suggested and decided that I should dye my entire hair, and not just the roots. He should have communicated the price difference.It was more than DOUBLE what was reported. 100cad more for a simple COLOURING. They charged me the WRONG PRICE since 180cad is the price of highlights/balayage.I felt bad with the experience. As they tried to take advantage of me for overcharging it!!!

I have been going to Paulo for years and before he started his own salon. I've had the most beautiful colour and highlights and he is the only stylist who has ever been able to blow dry my hair as I like it so I don't need to redo when I get home. I feel like a million dollars every time I get my hair done.

Paulo & Co is my fav spot for hair and nails. The atmosphere is great, everyone is super attentive. Paulo has being my hairdresser and I wouldn’t trust my hair to anyone else, he is simply the best. His work is flawless for both color and cut. I also enjoy doing my nails with Andreia, she is very good at her job and great to talk to. I can’t recommend this place enough!
