Joe and his team are a very polite and hard working group. From getting bins in and out on a timely manner. To being able to get bins on short notice.Joe answers and treats each caller as if they were family. Any of my guys can call and they would be greater the same as myself.You won't find a better company to fulfill your needs with bin delivery and removal.

I wish there was a negative rating. Called for a bin promised delivery the next day. Nothing shows up next day and my project was at a stand still waiting for the bin to arrive. Called them several times, left VMs but no one returned the calls. Finally got to a person and she told me she will check with dispatch and will call me back, which never happened. Around 6pm again got hold of the lady and she told me that it would have to be tomorrow now.Called another Bin and got it deviled within 2 hours.Now the deposit money is showing up on my CC and have been calling them again and again to remove it as no bin was ever delivered. Again no returned calls. If I ever get hold of a person, she tell me that she will pass the message to accounting" and someone will call

I highly recommend Ontario Disposal Bins. I'm a contractor, so I require disposal bins from time to time. My experience with Ontario Disposal Bins has been great. I had a situation at a condo where a gate was suppose to be unlocked to allow the driver to locate the bin inside the gate. When the driver got there, the gate was still locked and access was not possible. Instead of taking the bin back, like most other bin rental companies would, Joe had his driver sit and wait for a while until the gate was unlocked so he could drop it off. If Joe and the driver had decided to take the bin away, it would have cost me a lot. I really appreciate that kind of service and it's very hard to find.

I rented a bin for the first time from Ontario Disposal Bins. I knew nothing about this. Their customer service, from my initial call and inquiries, down to my order, the delivery and pick up were outstanding, all the staff were courteous and helpful and the pricing was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again and recommend to friends & family.

Joe is by far the best person that I found after calling almost every container company in GTA. He went above and beyond my expectations. Customer satisfaction was his first priority and he even helped me find a delivery company to assist me with a container that I bought through kijiji . He is a professional, knowledgeable and kindhearted person for all your container needs. He deserves much more than 5 stars.
