I was looking for a large luggage that does not look bulky. The product is exactly what i was looking for! Really love this durability and appearance. The customer service and price was super good. He has lot of choices and reasonable price.

What a peasant experience! Personnel was attentive and nice, helped me with measurements to find the suitcases that fit airline requirement's. Would definitely recommend this place to find quality suitcases.

The luggage I purchased is better than I expected. I've already taken it on a week long trip and I love it. It is easy to handle, sturdy, roomy, and colourful. The price was really good too and the guy was super helpful he puts all my staff inside the luggage. I would recommend MAISON DES VALISE to anyone needing new luggage.

Buyer beware. No returns. Not obvious to me that according to the store employee only big stores" accept returns. Was not in an arguing mood so i koved on.... i do wonder what the law says."

Beware of this shop. Bought an umbrella (23$) at noon, opened it the same day at noon and broke right away. Came back the next day asking for refund or exchange for an item that actually works and the staff tells me they are no warranties for any items in the shops - even if you ”pay a 1000$ an item”.Owner needs to check the LPC protections & legal warranties for the stores. Don’t hesitate to make complaints and you should buy your expensive items to a shop that honours them.

Vendeur super et valise de qualité. Par contre je regrette qu’il m’ait dit qu’elle étaient étanche car quand lors de mon dernier voyage en avion le contenu s’est retrouvé mouillé a cause des pluies.

Boutique ou on peut trouver à peu près tout ce qui concerne le voyage :sacoche , sac à main , sac à dos j’ai été très satisfaite du service qui m’a été offert lors de mon passage au magasin et également la bonne qualité des produits, GRAND CHOIX ..... BON SERVICE.... BON PRIX !

I went for short trip to Montreal and needed a carry-on for my kid ended up at this store and bought a good quality one for my daughter. They had very nice collections and was super helpful throughout. Will buy from them again..
