I’ve been getting my lashes done with Cynthia for a while now and she is really really amazing! I’ve never left feeling disappointed. She is so meticulous and she cares a lot about the results, like even tho she’s already amazing she’s always learning new techniques and trying things and perfecting her craft. I love that passion. I mean just look at these things! Feeing fabulous xo

Beautiful place, all staff very welcoming and friendly. My haircut was fantastic! I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted and she did an amazing job. My problem was the color I received. I also showed a picture of a light grey, and explained I wanted that color as I have natural grey growing and didn't want to keep coloring every month and thought it would blend better. After foils and toning, my hair was blond. It looked okay so I didn't complain, and also didn't want to damage my hair by coloring it twice in one day. For the cost, I expected to get what I asked for, but like I said, it still looked good.The stylist and I had discussed what I wanted for my hair at the beginning of the appointment and then she didn't say a word the rest of the 2 hour appointment, making it a little uncomfortable. I will definelty use this salon again, but will try a different stylist.

3 things which describe this store!Rude, snarky, terrible employees.Ridiculous pricing, no I am not paying 100 dollars for a rock that’s smaller than my finger.Doesn’t respect boundaries whatsoever! Okay, we get it! I smell the coffee in your breath. Please stay away. I don’t need a basket!

I came in with a bunch of different tones of blonde in my hair and insane roots and Brooke did a great job of getting it even and platinum for me. Really happy with how it turned out and all her effort.

Every time I go here I love it. Always wonderful service here, and great relaxing experience.Went here prior for hair which was super well done!Recently went for pedicures with mom, and it was awesome! The staff was super fun and made the pedicure more fun! Plus it was nice to have a good conversation going. Also great that they ask about important medical conditions that may be needed to know, and they do such a good job too! Had new colors to choose which is nice to see they get new stuff in always!The whole spa looks wonderful! Will be back :)

I love this place, and all of the stylists! Paige is my girl when it comes to colour and cuts!! They also have the best massage therapists! 10 outta 10!!

Have been getting my hair cut here for over 2 years. Have had great cuts and fantastic service. My only complaint; both my husband and I get our hair cut here, our cuts are fairly similar in complexity, and length of hair. Yet my cut is almost twice the cost of his. I would love to see gender neutral pricing brought in.

(10 MONTHS AGO) Today I had my first FULL SPA DAY experience and it did not disappoint. Roxx is amazing and I will recommend to anyone who wants a great place to go. I had a Body Wrap from Morgan, a Massage from Lindsay and a Mani/Pedi from Amber. All of these wonderful ladies were outstanding providers and I left feeling like a queen! The price for the package was also unbelievable. I cannot say enough positive things except thank you for the most relaxing fantastic day!(TODAY) I had a Roxxbody Wrap, eyebrow waxing and pedicure today from Holly. She was OUTSTANDING and SO TALENTED. I cannot express how much i love this Spa. Customer for life!
