Great service for sending and receiving parcels. I Don't normally post comments or reviews. but was impressed with returning a parcel this time around. Simple no printing or packaging. Speedy service.

Most unprofessional bunch of driver and phone staff they lie when they don't want to deliver. Warehouse holds packages and sends them out when they feel like it even if you pay for express delivery Amazon should revoke their contact

I have never had a problem with this company until the last week. I have had multiple packages not get delivered, received emails at 10pm saying my package was out for delivery (clearly its not) and have had to get multiple packages refunded because of missing" packages. Amazon can't tell me where my packages are and Intelcom isn't delivering even though the tracking is showing they received my packages."

Whitelisting our amazon delivery driver Cody Lane...our family has been sick with the flu for 2 days unable to get out of bed...I heard a knock at the door and when I went to bring my package in...I noticed my bank card sitting on top covered in snow....He even took the time to call to make sure I knew the bank card was there....after he already dug it out of the snow and placed it on top of the package...Above and beyond customer service. Thank you sir.

I was receiving a package and the driver performed the return item pick up so I didn't have to wait for another driver. Great service!
