My recent experience at the Henry's store in Newmarket was horrible. Specifically, I waited patiently to speak to Brian about my newly purchased camera . I needed a memory card with certain specs. After seeing that my purchase was made at the Barrie store, his demeanor changed. He seemed upset that my camera purchase was made somewhere other than this location. He quickly showed me 2 cards to choose and said don't overthink it" ( as there was a $30 difference in price). Frustrated with my indecision he abruptly had another employee take over this discussion. Instead

Bryan went above and beyond in helping me figure out a technical issue with my camera. He also shared and taught me how to use features on my camera I didn't know were on the camera, Thanks! I have been a custome for over two decades and have always had a great experience. Today reinforced why

Where to even start!You know your going to love an experience when the guy you call on the phone for information makes you laugh by sentence #2.I’m a beginner photographer with questions. My questions need answers. And sometimes those answers lead to more questions.Joseph and the gang at this store in NewMarket made the whole experience absolutely wonderful.I drove almost 2 hours to buy a new lens for my camera. I came away with so much more.I bought what I needed. I was given information to lean on for the future. And a destination to take my further purchases and problems.I honestly can’t wait to be able to try this new lens out tomorrow as I walk the trails.Joseph Akrami you could teach a class on customer service.Thanks for all of your help today.

Terrible service. On 13 April 2023 I called and asked a few complicated questions about mounting a GoPro Hero11 in a rally car. A salesperson named Joseph told me that they have solutions and that he rather not talk about them (already weird, right?), but show them to me. I drove to the store arriving 50 mins before it was closing, but Joseph wasn't there. Instead I spoke with Steve, who was not knowledgeable about the product, had no idea about the solutions mentioned by Joseph, and of course wouldn't call Joseph to check. Both these gents had a vibe about them like they' were doing me a favor. I went on to Best Buy Newmarket, was lucky to meet an expert consultant Jeannie there, who was a great help and that day I bought $850+ worth of equipment (most at Best Buy and some had to be sound on Amazon).

Terrible customer service experience. Henry's lost my film with no explanation. I'm currently going down the rabbit hole of contacting the store, customer service directly and the photo center Henry's uses.Still no answers.Sadly, I won't be able to trust these guys with my film moving forward.

I was just helped by Bryan at this location. I reserved online and then drove from whitby to pickup. When I arrived Bryan was already outside as I backed in.He explained how the item I was interested in might not be what I thought it was, he explained why let me try it out and then when I wanted to return it, he did it no problem.Then I asked him for advice on other items that he was super happy to help me with. Along with explaining other parts of the camera.He must have been in and out of the store 10 times trying to help me from my car.I really appreciate and recommend him for his knowledge and enthusiasm as well as willingness to help me out. He really made my day.I know where I am shopping next time I need photography advice!Thanks Bryan, you did a great job!

We came here to have our baby's passport photo taken. Excellent customer service! They were very patient and knowledgeable on what to do. Thank you so much!

Excellent service! I went to get instant photo prints done and Steve helped me every step of the way, from downloading the photos from my USB, to adjusting the borders, and then trimming the edges because my photo was not properly scaled to the size I wanted. I will definitely return for all my photo printing needs! Thanks!
