I love Kiseki! It's really nice to have an Asian beauty shore in Surrey! I always go there to buy skin care and cosmetics for me and my daughter. They also accept special order from Japan/Korea as well which is so convenient. And most importantly, the sales girls are very friendly and professional. They always give me useful and important beauty tips and opinions, especially the tall girl called Anne? Anyway, please just go there to check out the latest products.

I only go here because they have a lot of items that you can’t get anywhere else. I especially love Emi Style earrings because the only other place I know to get them is in Coquitlam. But the customer service here is horrible. The girls just stand behind the counter and don’t really say hi or help.

Love their selection of popular Korean skincare and Japanese products. Prices for skincare are reasonable and about the same when buying online. The sales associates are also very helpful and friendly. 10/10!

Noticed this store while walking past. I’m a big fan of Korean skincare so I went inside and bought some things. I like the store because you can get product faster than ordering online. It has more selection than T&T surrey central and I feel like the prices are reasonable. The sales associate was so helpful and friendly and helped me so much. (Went at 3 pm on Saturday Oct 9th)

I didn’t want to give one star review. I love their products but yesterday i got corsx cream but i made a mistake got the one that is suitable for dry skin but as i have oily skin so I wanted to return it. Today i went there the employe said my manager has strict policy as there was no default in the product we can’t exchange or return it. Bit I didn’t even open the product if I spent 28 dollar on one product and didn’t use it and want to exchange it with different product. It should be allowed. I think i will just buy products straight from the brands instead of buying it from here.
