We hired Whitby Shores Landscaping to replace our front steps, walkways and build a garden wall. We also had them replace the steps in our back yard and fix some work we had done last year by a different landscaping company.The owner Andrew was very helpful in picking the stone and designing our project. The crew was fantastic, friendly, hard working and respectful of our property. they did a great job and we are very pleased with the finished product.I highly recommend Whitby Shores Landscaping.

The reason we went with this company is because right from the start, the owner came out to our house and made us feel like he had time for us which seemed hard to find in this industry. When it came time to design, we were so amazed at how our backyard was going to get transformed into this little oasis that they created. Then, time for installation, they installed a month early which was nice and the team at Whitby Shores Landscaping was so professional along the way. There was always open communication and they were happy to make changes with us as the design came to life. We got everything done including our pool through them and so we were never having to deal with contractors to organize timing. We dealt with our one lead and that was it. There were also no hidden charges which again, I hear is something hard to find. We fully trusted both the landscaping team and the pool installation team and are beyond happy with the final product! Our backyard which I hated last year, is now my favourite part of our house! This is a GREAT company to go through..don't even hesitate!

My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the interlock job that whitby Shores did in our backyard. Christian and his crew were very professional; They attended to our requests and completed the job in a timely manner. They even included the connection to the hottub, which was a last minute add on.Andrew and Victoria responded to emails and addressed our concerns effectively from the beginning to the end. Their prices are comparable.I Would definitely recommend this company and will likely use them again for future projects.

When I first met Andrew, I was impressed by his knowledge of the subject matter and the confidence with which he spoke. He listened to what my vision was for my project, and made helpful suggestions. When I was still deciding between companies, Andrew always promptly answered all of my random extra questions, and even gave me a call to follow up. Victoria, the office manager, was also lovely and was always available to answer my questions. It can be daunting to choose between providers for such a large job, but I can say with absolute confidence that we made the right decision in hiring Whitby Shores.Once the work started, I was so impressed by the employees who were working at my site - they were courteous, friendly and always respectful of my property. All the work performed was done thoroughly, as well as efficiently. Without having to ask, Andrew even went out of his way to source upgraded product for us at no extra cost, so that our project would look extra special.
