Rutherford Medical Clinic

I do not recommend this clinic. Very poor service, they provided inaccurate information over the phone, multiple times. I called and I was told I could go there without an appointment, got there in less than 10 minutes, as I live close by, and I was told I should come other day. Not fair with people that had to walk, take public transportation or even pay a taxi to get there.

Called to book an appointment, we were told to come between 11am to 2 pm as walk in. We took a day off from work for our kid for this visit, walked in to the clinic and guess what... we were given excuses for not taking us as walk in. So we lost our appointment for kid that was more important for us, front staff didn't bother to ask if it was something urgent or not to see the doctor and we were told straight away doctor is not available. We made a mistake to choose this clinic for our son. RECOMMENDING NOT TO GO HERE. Save yourself time and get a better place where there is some sort of compassion for patients than telling them right away there is no time for the doctor to see us.

Our family doctor here is awesome. I enjoy this clinic. Seems to be getting busier. Be early or book an appointment

Called Friday to see if I could get in to see a doctor and was told to come in on Monday for the walk in doctor. Monday morning I call and they tell me that the walk in doctor is off that day and the next day Tuesday as well, which is fine. Tuesday I call to ask if the walk in doctor will be there the next day. They informed me that the doctor would be in, taking walk ins from 9am-1pm and that I can come as early as 9am. Wednesday morning I decided to be there for 9am which is when they open. I take an Uber and arrive at 9:05am to be told that the walk ins are closed and that I should have came BEFORE they open at 9. How does this make sense?? Please communicate better with your patients!!

This office is the worst. This is my very first time writing a review. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but this office is really horrible. And that’s not because of the Drs but the staff. Very rude, could care to pick up the phone. I’ve been trying to reach them since last year because my baby was finally able to get a Dr assigned. I meet him once. Called to book an appointment never picked up until they called me. Tried calling in to book his 12 months check still not reaching them. Now I have no choice to go in person just to book an appointment and ask if my child file can be transferred elsewhere cause I can’t do this anymore.

Great medical practice with excellent Doctors. Never had any issue with staff as they have always been friendly and willing to help.There may be long wait lines sometimes but that's the nature of the business. Rather wait longer when my GP will actually listen and take the time with me then leave feeling I got pushed out and not listened too.

Update: Unfortunately it's become extremely difficult to get anyone to answer the phone at this clinic. There are times I call for days on end with no pickup. Is there no call waiting? Still love my doctor and the care she provides, but unfortunately something really needs to change with the receptionists.Really great medical clinic. Dr Basson is one of the best doctors I've ever had. I never feel rushed out or not listened to, she's really awesome. The staff have always been great too. Very friendly, the call backs are very quick, no complaints about this place at all!

Although I love most of the doctors at this office the office is run very poorly. It often takes 15-20 call’s before you can get through and talk to anyone or book appointments. They cancel last minute often and won’t even book you for a walk-in later when they cancel. Overall they are very unhelpful and unwilling to go beyond to give good service.

I called them to see what time till they are open. On the phone, their system said walk-in is until 1-6 PM. I get to the door, the sign says they are open till 5 PM. I walk in and ask the nurse if they do walk-ins and she says no, only till 4PM. I point out that it is 3:40 PM and then she says they are closed early for walk-ins today.I drove 30 mins just to made fun with

Went on medimap to see which clinics accept walkins. It said until 5. I went in with a splitting headache and cough and very well before time and was told to come next day early coz the doctor left early because there were not many patients. How do u expect ppl to know when they would fall sick ? Please don’t advertise wrong timings when you’ll can’t stick to it.
