These guys were excellent to deal with. Replaced propane furnace and hot water supply with boiler system which extended to in floor heat in garage. Highly recommend.Tip - plan ahead as good contractors are busy.

Woke up at 8am to the furnace not working. I called at 830 to have someone come look at it. He arrived at 930, took it apart, went back to his shop to get a piece, came back and had it all fixed by 1030. Super impressed!

DM Heating removed an old boiler replacing it with a high performance unit. This involved a total rework of our core heating system including redesigning and replacing old system elements. The work was delivered on time and on budget with a minimum of disruption. We were VERY pleased with Brad's work ethic and his approach to the challenge, including his concern about ensuring that the rest of our house was kept clean.The system is well designed and organized, and understandable. I just came back from a holiday to find my furnace not working. It's busy season right now for these guys, and it wasn't going below 0° overnight quite yet. So I pulled out a couple of space heaters and was fine to wait a couple days for them to come by and eventually diagnose the circuit board failure. Another few days to order a part in and a return visit to install.Organizing a time to fit each other's schedule was the biggest challenge, but I know that they know there stuff (thanks Ted), and can rely on them when something goes sideways. I just needed to chill for a bit, knowing that it will all get done (no pun intended).
