OSIM Metrotown - Massage Chairs | Back & Foot Massagers

I had a great experience with this store. The sales provided adequate time for me to try out the chairs and products before I made an informed buying decision. I got two UCozy (one as a gift and one for myself) and been using them for few months. The products do the job well. I will consider to purchase more products from this store in future.

We got the uthrone gaming chair. It provided good pressure and range for a portable massage chair and is comfortable to sit in with the lumbar and head cushion when not in use.

I love uDivine V Massage Chair. The chair is really comfortable and good looking. Jessie is nice and kind. She introduced the product patiently and went through the guideline when we were trying the massage chair. Great service with high quality products!

Dennis Chan is patient and has good customer service.The product U-Love-2 massage chair is one of the best I ever tried. I personally think the quality of this product is very close to real human hand in today's massage chair technology.

Started looking for a chair for myself around xmas, went all around Vancouver trying them out and also calling North American distributers as well as doing onlline research for a month. Spoke to the office people at OSIM and got connected with Tom at the Metrotown outlet location, went there and tried the top level chairs...then the new uLove 3!!! Tom was so helpful and answered all my questions fully and honestly. A few minutes later I purchased a Black color uLove3 designed ny Pininfarina. Am so excited to finally get one, especially this chair, it's the Ferrari of massage chairs. Thanks OSIM , more specifically Thanks to Tom for making it easy. 5 stars out of 5.MFM

Was looking for a message chair and tried multiple at different stores and left osim as the final destination. Tried both ulove2 and udream as they seemed like they fit well in our new home.Ulove2 felt pretty intense but my shoulders definitely needed it. Then I tried the udream and was pleasantly surprised the massage felt more tailored and smooth against my back. The smell was nice but the speakers definitely was surprisingly good quality as I thought the music was from the room rather than from just the chair.Ended up ordering the udream as they are having a mother's day sale. Can't wait for it to arrive!!!!

Great customer service. Edwin was very patient and attentive to our questions and needs. The atmosphere provided was relaxing and enjoyable. The products themselves are top notch when compared to other companies. Would recommend.

Today I had a bad experience with OSIM Roadshow 2023 which belongs to this company.I was with my kids and saw the Roadshow at the Chinook Mall, Calgary. I thought of trying one of their massage seats but one of the representatives told me that they are busy now and that I need to come back after some time. I told him it is ok and we returned after three hours. Another representative told me that they are not available right now (the seats were empty and photos are attached!) and that I need to book and “if” they have time available they will call me. He also gave me the brochure of one of the seats and told me that this is their most expensive product and it sells for $15,000! He offered me to try one of their basic massage seats (those one which you can find anywhere and try for $2) instead of the expensive one.That roadshow was unprofessional and selective of who could try their products based on whom I saw was trying the advanced seats.

I do not suggest products from osim unless they now have a warranty of some sort. You would think since the chairs are over $6000 That there should be some sort of guarantee of the quality. Shortly after 1 year, the motor broke and the remote control does not turn on the chair. We called and they said they can send out a tech for $200 and whatever part we might need to fix the chair. I ended up just leaving it as it still turns on manually . I'm just extremely disappointed in the quality especially with the extremely high price points I expected better warranty or guarantee some how. Even when I buy a mattress, they stand by the quality they give a 10-year guarantee. By the second year the leather on the back of the chair had began peeling. For the price of the chair, it's absolutely not worth it. The quality is so poor. I'm so disappointed because my grandma's OSIM massage chair in Hong Kong lasted over 10 years in excellent quality
