Dr. Silke Gumplinger

I had my wisdom teeth extracted with Dr Gumplinger about two years ago and recommended her to my girlfriend as well who had an awesome experience. She is a very professional and nice person who really knows what she is doing. I healed in about a weeks time and was very happy about that! A few hours after the procedure she personally gave me a call to see how I was doing and to give me some advice on the timing of my meds. I was really impressed with her and will keep recommending her to everyone I know. Thank you Dr Gumplinger!

Caused permanent non reversible nerve damage to my daughters face. Avoid at all costs. Don't believe the fake positive reviews.

I went there for my oral surgery ( I had the 2 lower wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Silke) I dedided to go ahead with the cocktail ( pill) sedation. The attention was very professional and despite I was told by my general dentist that the procedure was going to be complicated, Dr Silke was able to achieve the surgery smoothly and quick. Is noticeable that she has a lot of practice and she is highly professional. Today, Marie called on me to follow up how I'm doing with the medication and post surgery healing process. Very recommended.

Dr Gumplinger was fine. She removed my other daughters wisdom teeth and we went in to see about my youngest. I'd go to her EXCEPT that the woman at the front desk, Annie, felt that it was necessary to be so very belittling and rude to me rather than choosing to exhibit good customer service.And don't bother calling or emailing to complain, Annie answers the phone and screens emails, so there's no one else taking the feedback.Annie - you are in the wrong business. Customer service is not your thing and you are a liability to an otherwise passable business.I will be taking my business elsewhere and making sure that the location that referred me to Dr Gumplinger, knows better for customers in the future. Sorry Dr. Gumplinger. There are too many options for me to tolerate this garbage.

Got my lower wisdom tooth removed at this location. Staff and Dr. Gumplinger were very kind and respectful, and took the time to answer all my questions. Post-procedure they ensured I was safe going home and gave me the patient education in a very easy to understand way.They also followed up with me 1 day and 1 week post-procedure as well.Overall very professional office.

Highly recommend. Two of my kids had extractions that were too complicated to do at our dentist and Dr. Gumplinger was fantastic each time. She was able to communicate clearly with my kids what to expect (she initiated it which is something I often need to get professionals to do as they just speak with me and not with the patient!) and it went exactly as she described. Pain control was excellent during the procedure, they had no negative experiences or memories and it all healed fast and well.Note: The assistant was very easy going and professional, so not sure what some of the other people writing reviews experienced.

The office is SOOOOOOO welcoming! Marie, the receptionist, is very patient when answering my phone call and fitting me into the best dates for my wisdom teeth removal surgery and consultation. The other dentist assistant Claudia is also friendly and professional. Dr. Gumplingner really took her time to explain everything to me which calmed down my nerves for the surgery. I am so happy that I find this clinic!

I had all of my 4 wisdom teeth extracted at once. The sedation was very effective and I came to very quickly after. I was expecting a lot more discomfort after hearing various horror stories, but that day, and for the following month or two, I steadily healed and was quite comfortable. I didn't need painkillers after the first day. Dr. Gumplinger is very friendly, engaging, and exudes a confidence that gave me comfort throughout. If I had to get more surgery done, I would definitely go back to Dr. Gumplinger.

Prior to this operation I was SUPER nervous because my friends had told me their personal extraction stories and it sounded so scary.I got the procedure done by Dr. Silke Gumplinger on December 11th, 2015 and it was SO GREAT. I woke up 3 hours later but it felt like 10 seconds, and I didn't even have to take medication afterwards because it just didn't hurt! The staff is super awesome, Annie was really nice and answered all my 1000 questions before and after surgery. The Anesthetics team and CDA's were also really cool, they made me feel taken care of, and even put up with me after I cried for no reason lol.All in all, I had a 10/10 experience and I'm recommending everyone to go see Dr. Gumplinger, so they can all see how easy getting your wisdom teeth out can be. ^_^

I went and had all 4 wisdom teeth out at once. Very friendly staff here and Dr. Silke Gumplinger is very professional. Felt no pressure, put me at ease throughout the whole procedure. Very well done and healing just fine after the surgery. Highly recommended oral surgeon.
