Well, let's talk about Napa. Well I can't speak for all the locations but this one has gone above and beyond each time I've gone in. Specially this morning. Dwayne is the man at helping! I had a part fail which will be under warranty but I couldn't find the receipt. Dwayne took what little I info I had and managed to get me a copy. Friendly from start to finish, great location!

Have called multiple times on several different occasions. They just put you on hold and that’s where you stay until you inevitably hang up.Finally drove there not knowing if they would have what I needed - they didn’t.They also didn’t know what a brake calliper was, so that’s cool.

Great staff and loads of parts in stock!

Always great service. Not happy about the website and parts that are supposed to work. Otherwise the return policy is quick and simple.

Very bad experience here. I placed an online order for next day delivery. It says I will recieve an email when the order is out for delivery. I waited until afternoon the next day and there was no email. I called them to ask. They said there's no driver to deliver that day. So then what is next day delivery? As I need the item I ordered on that day, I ended picking up my order. But then I did not get the refund for the delivery fee as they said they could not do the refund at that time. They said they'll just leave a note for the manager and I'll have ro call the next day. So next day I called and they said I need to come back to the store for.the refund. It was a simple.order that has given me a lot of inconvenience.Update:Just to reply to the owner's comments about no deliveries on weekends. It is not indicared on rhe site. I checked again and could not find any note anything like that. So I think that is not true. If there is, it must be hidden well. In the email I recieved for my order it says estimated delivery is Saturday, April 8. Saturday is a weekend, isn't it?Also note that I placed my order before 3:30pm, not 5:27pm. The email I recieved for my order confirmation, I received it at 3:29pm. There seems to be lot of false or lies in the owners comments below.

I usually buy oil filters from Canadian Tire but I was at Napa so decided to grab one while I was there. Guess what? They sold me the wrong oil filter. When I went back they wouldn’t exchange it for the right one because I didn’t keep my receipt even tho it was unused and says Napa on the filter. I was told their computer says that’s the right number. And he couldn’t cross reference the FRAM number LOL. Make sure you know what you need. Don’t rely on these people to find you the right part. Napa online shows the correct number I find it hard to believe their computer shows the wrong one. I’ll be going to Bumper to Bumper or Lordco for future parts. Lesson learned keep all your receipts even for something as small as an oil filter. This place also moves at a snails pace. Everytime I’ve gone here your standing In line longer than doing business.

We were served by willow! Amazing absolutely Amazing she knew exactly what part I needed and found it fast on the computer. Very knowledgeable Employee seriously awesome so pleased by her professionalism and great attitude. Great communication skills! Thank you.

Great selection of auto parts. There was only once we're I couldn't find what I needed it. Employees are not very good tho, they look like they hate their job, also very slow service, there is usually only 2 or 3 cashiers open, but still not good enough. Sorry for being so harsh, but there is other Napa stores where service is excellent, not coming to this one anymore.

My experience was incredible. Jenaveive was very helpful and super nice and knows her custermor service very well. Out of a ten she's a 10.

Sold me the wrong parts for my truck. They refuse to return their unused NAPA brand auto parts because (1 the computer says that's right" 2) I don't have a receipt for parts I ORDERED UNDER MY NAME 3) It's been longer than 30 days because I took their unuseable parts with me on the road trip I was embarking on when the mechanical problems occured
