Please check your items carefully before taking them home. I took an item back and the other two shop attendees did not even listen to my concerns and didn't check what I was speaking of. The lady who actually attended to me was quite nice but I had to wait quite a bit for her to come to the store. Although I sorted my issue later, I found the two other chinese medicine and herbs stores at Aberdeen Centre (way) cheaper with (way) better quality items. I would say to shop around before making any expensive purchase here. Although it's few hundred dollars differences, the other shops explained where their items came from, had proper labels and gave me higher grade products for less. I am definitely not coming back here so they lost a customer. I would have purchased more if it's not for this experience.

Came here to get some highly recommended traditional Chinese rubbing alcohol. Kim was super friendly and helpful, and the medicine worked wonders. Definitely coming back to check out some other stuff too.

一定要警惕店家玩的价格误导，用两标价，却用1磅=12两称重。而实际上1磅=9两！！这样他们就白白黑了3两的钱！其实价高不说，还玩这种滑头！另外带出境的西洋参等干货千万不能买，他们佯装不知道海关需要店家提供许可证，故意推脱责任，让顾客受损失。无良商家！！

買了苦瓜幹，泡水發現好多白色蟲子，很噁心，店主要經常檢查商品是否過期或者變質。

中成药很全很全 老板们服务态度也特别好 很热情
