Went in to remove maybe 2 mm of hair and was charged 30 so dollars for the job. Thank goodness I bought a foil shaver so I will never have to pay that again. I recommend having a crazy person scalp you before going there its much cheaper

I usually have a good experience here. But the last hairdresser I had was horrible, it was very cold outside and she used ice cold water on my hair I had to ask her to stop because my head and body got really cold because of this. But she kept on going with ice cold water. Then when she was done I asked her not to blow dry my hair with a cold dryer, but she did anyway!! I left there freezing and it was like -15 outside. I’ll go back to the salon but not to that hairdresser

They are all very friendly my hairstylist did exactly what I want and I love my haircut. She was very sweet and gave me some tips on products to use

Mercedes was amazing for a scalp treatment. I bought Virtue hair oil, smells amazing.

I've brought in my son twice now (age 4) and the staff have both been amazingly patient, took time to teach, and made his experience feel safe and fun!

Worst haircut I've had in years. The hairstylist said she had 20+ years of experience, but my simple trim and layer refresh was so poorly done. My hair was uneven and large gaps between layers. I had to fix it myself when i got home. Was extremely disappointed. Not to mention the stylist was 15min late for my appointment (was late coming back from her lunch and didn't even acknowledge or apologize). Never going back.

I had my hair cut there yesterday the stylist was so sweet she was doing a fabulous job until 30 mins passed. She then was rushed she made a comment about getting the look and apologized for going over. I felt awful for the stylist you could see she was unhappy with the way my haircut turned out. She did say that if there was anything wrong in the next two weeks I could go back and she would fix it for free. Chatters what are you thinking????? Giving a stylist 30 mins to wash cut and blow dry a persons hair???? For a mens cut yes even maybe a child but an adult woman please !!!! That is adding unnecessary stress on your stylists and creating very unhappy clients. To my stylist just know I don’t blame you!!!I am unhappy with my cut as well but I don’t want the stylist to lose money by having me in the chair for free.

I recently visited Chatters Salon to purchase a deep conditioning hair mask and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of products they had available. They had options at varying price points, which made it easy to find options that fit my needs. I was also impressed by the selection of new products that weren't carried anywhere else in town. Typically, I have to order these products online, so it was great to be able to see them available and know I can buy them locally now.The staff at Chatters Salon were friendly and made some great product recommendations. They were happy to help me find the perfect product for my hair needs. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for.The only downside is that they don’t currently have a loyalty program and the places I purchase my products online do allowing me to get discounts and free products and samples for the same price. I would love to see them introduce one in the future, as it would be a great way to reward loyal customers and encourage repeat business.Overall, I had a great experience at Chatters Salon and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of hair care products. I give it four stars for its great selection, friendly staff, and organized store.

Worst experience. Badly Inexperienced stylists. Simple blow outs were only the tops of our hair being washed, wrong product for hair types being used, bad blow dries. As well being told to use dry shampoo if I didn’t like the greasy look. FYI, Point of a blow out is having fresh beautiful hair. For a simple basic type of service, this was a shameful experience. Never recommend or return.
