When you finish applying for one job and you try returning back to searching tool it takes you back right from the beginning that is new search again . Very Poorly designed website and NOT user friendly although they take around 200 dollars from any employer to post one job for one week only on their website .

Great place to find nonprofit jobs. However applying through Charity Village does not allow you to tailor your resume. So if you have a diverse skill set, good luck trying to apply to more than a couple jobs at a time. Being able to upload a cover letter does help.
