Rob was tremendously helpful in assisting me with choosing a new dishwasher, as well as organizing the delivery and installation in a timely fashion. Great prices, too! Highly recommended.

My husband and I needed new appliances for a renovation on a condo that we hadn’t even taken position of. We had heard the nightmare stories about how difficult it was to get appliances so visited Trail Appliances two weeks prior to the close of the sale, to price and get a reading on lead times. RBC was very eager to help us find appliances but advised that we would need to take delivery as soon as the appliances became available to ensure the appliances were not reallocated to another customer, even though we were required to prepay for the merchandise. Six weeks after the initial inquiry and four weeks after the start of renovation, Trail contacted us advising that we needed to accept delivery of the goods. At the time of delivery, we noted minor damage on the Kitchenaid Fridge which was reported and for which Trail discounted $100 off the purchase.Fast forward three months later, when we are in a position to fully unpack the appliances and 4/6 of the Kitchenaid sealed interior fridge shelves, display latent defects. One shelf being cracked from how the wine rack was resting against the shelf, two stress cracks-origin undetermined and one shelf displaying obvious manufacturer defects.Upon our first contact with RBC he advised that we only had 30 days to report deficiencies but he would forward our contact information and photos to his warranty department for consideration. After days of nonresponse my husband reached out to our salesperson who proceeded to claim that his warranty department had attempted to reach us by both email and phone with no success so it was best that we reached out to the manufacturer directly to resolve our concerns.Trail Appliances appears to be one of these establishments that once they have your money, they are content to wash their hands of any further involvement. Not great customer service and not a vendor that I will be recommending or using in the future. PS. Did I mention that they charged $35 to stack my laundry which remained in the boxes for three months after delivery.

We recently purchased a wall oven, fridge and washer / dryer combo from Trail in Kelowna and could not be happier with the service we received. Shawn, our salesperson, was extremely helpful and knowledgable and provided some great advice to help with our purchase. Our products arrived exactly when they said they would and the delivery guys were very competent and professional. I can highly recommend Trail in Kelowna to anyone who's looking for a smooth appliance buying experience.

My wife and I were looking to buy a replacement dishwasher for our condominiumAfter narrowing our choice to three brands we visited Trail Appliances for further insights into our purchase.After discussing the pros and cons of our dishwasher choices with product expert David Stott we made our purchase.David's insights, professionalism and communication skills shone through our purchase decision.Two very strong thumbs up to Trail Appliances.

Extremely dissatisfied. I have filed a report with the BBB.We purchased a thermador fridge/freezer, gas stove, oven/microwave, washer and dryers. They were delivered by a third party trucking company in boxes with no installation. The fridge came in parts and had to be assembled. The website clearly states professional installation (which you would assume). Aaron - the sale associate would not return our call. We were finally able to speak to someone in service department who suggested we contact an independent person and pay him to install the appliance and put our fridge together which takes several hours. It is unbelievable that Trail appliance would promote amazing service and installation on their website. We pressed the one service agent and his reply was we only install washing machines". I do not in any way recommend Trail appliances."

I originally rated this store with 5 stars, as per the following initial details… “Our dryer went on the fritz and I needed to arrange for a new one quickly. I phoned the Kelowna store, spoke with Neil and, after a brief discussion and a few emails, was able to arrange for a new dryer which will be delivered on Saturday. Neil was friendly, helpful, have me some good options and, ultimately, I feel I received a great product for a very fair price. He made purchasing a new appliance a breeze!”Once the new dryer was delivered, it was not as ordered and, after making a call to my sales representative, Neil, and talking with a few customer service folks, arrangements were made for a new LG dryer to be delivered. When thie second dryer was delivered, it was exactly the same as the first one they delivered!!! Again, not the one I ordered. With the added bonus of a smashed dryer door! Trail Appliances customer service bowed out and referred me to LG customer service who referred me back to the store. I phoned Neil to explain the ridiculous run-around and he said he’d talk with his manager. I’ve heard nothing back from anyone at the store and am unlikely to at this point. Totally disappointed.

I just want to say thank you" for the great service yesterday and today. It started with Jenny who coordinated our service so nicely and with great detail. The tech arrived early this morning to disconnect the water line and was very conscientious of our floor. The replacement fridge came as planned and was delivered by 2 nice reps who were also very conscientious not to damage our hallway walls

Ordered a hood fan online from what said was in stock, two weeks later heard nothing regarding pick up. No help at the store cause its an online order, my bad. Connected to 4 different people before someone could tell me where the hood fan was, now it's only 3 weeks away. Finger crossed it arrives in one peice.

One of the worst sales experiences I've had dealing with a store. Gayle was beyond disappointing. Called on a Friday afternoon and said she would call me right back and left me hanging so then I called again on Saturday around noon again she told me she would call me back and left me hanging. Look for a sales rep, anyone but her

We were so impressed with the service we received from Trail Appliance in Kelowna. David Stott helped us choose the right washer, dryer pair. He was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of our questions with much grace.Our appliances were delivered within a couple of days of purchase, and they also took our old pair away.We are very pleased with the Electrolux washer and dryer that we purchased.Great Team, great product.The next time we need an appliance, Trail Appliance, Kelowna, will be our first stop!
