The nurses were very nice and knowledgeable and I had a great time chatting with them. They were very gentle and thorough, so I will be going back again soon!

I LOVE EVERYONE WHO WORKS HERE. Had to come here twice, the free consultation was so personal, they made sure my health was in good condition, ensured i understood the procedure, then told me to wait 2 weeks because I had my tooth gems put on prior to coming. As much as I could’ve that day got them done they didn’t want to risk getting my lips infected. Really took into consideration my well being over getting paid. ON TOP of that, just over all sweet people who I had easy conversation with :) will be back for sure!

Absolutely fantastic spot! Went in for Botox treatment and they explained everything for me very thoroughly. originally I wanted more treatment areas(more units) and the wonderful nurse practitioner injector explained to me why I didn't actually need all of what I thought I needed and would be happy with less. It shows that they aren't there just to make money without consideration of the clients overall satisfaction. 10/10 recommend!

First time at this location. Had to come here because Claudia is working here now instead of Stoney creek. She is worth the drive to St.Catherine as she is an amazing nurse with beautiful attitude and vast knowledge of products and applications. Felt bad for her as she drives over and hr and half everyday back and forth to work with no gas compensation!!!!! Well it was a nice experience again with this company and will try new services this year

This is my third visit with Skin Vitality, and each visit they are always very informative regarding each procedure they will be performing. If any medication issue conflicts with a treatment, they don't hesitate to triple check with the other nurses, seek the proper answer for the client to ensure the treatment is safe to preform. I, being new in the world of Botox and hair laser treatment am very appreciative of the honesty and carefulness they have towards the patient and what they want preformed. I would 100% recommend the clinic to anyone seeking treatment.

I’ve been going to the St Catharines location for about a year and a half.I really enjoy the Botox injections by Claudia.I recently had cool sculpting done and was told I was an ideal candidate. I had 2 sessions, the first in October and the second in November and have seen absolutely no changes or results at all 4 months later. They give you a legal document to sign that states “I understand I may not see any results” and I can’t believe I went forward with it.I am still paying monthly for this $2000+ treatment and there isn’t even the slightest wisp of any difference on my abdomen.I am only 125lbs and pretty slim. Even half an inch of change is very noticeable on my body. I am exactly the same as I was before I paid for this treatment.I am not writing this review out of malice. I simply want to warn anyone who is looking at cool sculpting - don’t t waste your money like I did.

I love this place. It is a perfect mix of friendly and professional. I feel they are educated on the services, clean and not pushy at all.I was so happy with my results, they heard what I said I wanted and delivered perfectly.

A few things I love about this clinic is that its consistent throughout all the staff i've dealt with and the girls are very friendly. The promotions are great and I really enjoy my results!

Very knowledgeable, honest and professional. The office is very nice and welcoming on the inside. No offering unnecessary treatments to get your money. I’ve been getting minimal Botox at another location for about 4 years - at my first appointment, many of the things that were explained to me about the timing of treatments, and units used etc. I’d never been told before! Happy to have found a place to trust in STC!
