Keith was able to fix my problem quickly. He offered good advice re automatically saving work and is going to be doing some research for another problem I am having with a program and forward that information to me. I was very pleased.

I was having a problem with my lap top computer which is 5 years old, it was slow and crashing. Keith did a on line check of my computer and found the reasons that were causing the problems, My wife was very pleased that he talked in a manner that she could understand and not like the computer techs at her work. He checked a number of other programs that the computer had on it to make sure nothing else was causing problems for us. The next day I thought I found anther problem with the computer, Keith went back on line to check what I thought was a problem and made sure it wasn't something he had missed. It was not a problem but it put my mind at ease. He was very fair with his rates and I would recommend him if you have a computer problem.
