What a process this one was, but again, thank you to Danny Gerbrandt and the Danny&Claudio team for everything! Danny's constant patience, professionalism, guidance, counsel, and perseverance were key in ensuring that once we found the 'right place' he did everything in his ability to ensure that we got it - and the same goes for the sale of our place!Until the time that Danny puts up his last 'sold' sign, he will definitely have our support in any way we can give it, because it always has been reciprocated thousand times over by him.You can't ask for a better realtor and team. Danny is hands down the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Danny is extremely knowledgeable, well connected, efficient, patient, friendly and has a great sense of humour. We are difficult to please and he took the time to show us a variety of properties until we found our dream home. We ran into some issues and he went the extra mile to ensure that everything was sorted. He makes his clients feel comfortable in every stage of the process and takes his job seriously. We could not be happier with the job that he has done for our family!

Danny and his assistant wife were super unprofessional. I purchased house from them, they failed to deliver the message to the client. He don’t answer the call. His wife called back with no knowledge for real estate information. Hang up me . Their client cannot delivered full set of keys . Left the garage in the garage and take micwave and fridage. He told my agent to sue him. They don’t deal with it. They just take commission without working to client . They have very cheap client and their cheap service.

Danny, Claudio, and team were amazing to deal with! They understood what we were looking for and found us the perfect home for our family. They were responsive, professional and made the normally stressful experience of buying and selling a breeze. We felt very well taken care of and that our best interests were always at the forefront.
