HORRIBLE customer service and have to wait almost a week with equipment that doesn't WORK for a technician to come and fix it. Probably will be switching to telus before they even bother to show up because clearly they don't care about their customers only the $$ DISGUSTED.

Ive been with Shaw for close to 20 years, their level of service has gone downhill... I would like to speak with someone in management but am not holding my breath for that to happen... I have exhausted myself by chatting online, by calling the 472-2222 number, both of which did not resolve my issues...8 contacts and counting with them over 1 issue... review is not about courtenay office but Shaw itself

Constant harassment after account cancelation tampering with credit rating. and continued harassment from a third party they gave false information to. I Strongly recommend going with a company that gives you what you pay for instead.

I have been struggling for months now trying to get our internet working properly in our house. Last summer it was fine, now it is terrible. I have been on the online chat many times and have to repeat the whole situation over and over to no avail. Talked to a human finally and he made a few suggestions and said he would call back the next day. Didn't happen. So tired of trying to get this solved. Moving on to Telus to see if they are any better. Cant be much worse.

Extremely poor customer service, I explained my situation and it was a screw up on their end and they would absolutely not admit it. The lady was rude and did not help at all. I left the phone call worse than before I phoned. Shaw is by far the worse of the choices for services.

Very disappointed!! I have been with Shaw for 30 years.Customer service is going down the drain.I called today because our internet has been extremely slow for the last week,and takes forever to load anything. Was told 40 minutes so put my name and number for call back.Lol yep they called back in 40, by machine AND sat on hold for another 19 minutes before I hung up.Shaw please don't blame Covid, lots of people looking for jobs.

I had the pleasure of meeting Travis from Winnipeg his # is WR24. This man talked me through a problem with my TV cable service. I am 68 yrs old and he was very kind to me and took time with me. I found him to be very knowledgeable. He did fix the problem. I believe the Shaw service did a great thing hiring Travis. I did ask Travis for his name. I was a Shaw customer for 20yrs. I recently switched to a new company offering the same internet for a lower price point. I ended my Shaw service on my billing cycle, paid in full. I shipped my equipment back the day I swapped my service over. I received a letter from them in early October stating I owed some funds either due to a deliquent account or that my equipment was not returned yet. I knew I had left my accountvin good standing, so assumed that they just had not processed my return yet. It would be taken care of soon as it had only been just over two weeks since it was mailed. The next letter I receive is from a collections agency for my outstanding balance. No additional letters or even a phone call to follow up. I called Shaw immediately, and within 5 minutes on the line the agent was able to see they received my equipment on September 29th, but my account was not updated. My equipment was returned and sat unprocessed for 42 days. The agent I spoke with updated it today. Instead of following up with me, or their own records they just sent my file to collections.Over the years the level of personalized service has changed dramatically and the pricing keeps going up. At this stage, if Shaw was the only internet provider I would go without service.

Worst customer service ever, cannot get a local person and every time I need assistance there is a 60 minute wait on hold but I hit the number for new services and got a sales person instantly.Do not use this company! TELUS has better customer service and better deals.
