I used Trico to ship a box to Colombo, Sri Lanka in February 2021. I was told that the box is scheduled to arrive in Sri Lanka on April 20, 2021, and that the box will be delivered to my family member's residence within a time span of two weeks. I was very impressed that they were able to meet this timeline amidst Covid times. The box was opened by the Sri Lanka Customs for inspection, and I am very pleased to say that all the items that I packed into the box were accounted for and remained undamaged. Overall, I am very pleased with the process and their impeccable customer service, especially Suthan who works in the Trico Canadian branch. Suthan is highly customer focused and handled my follow-up calls in a professional and respectful manner.

I sent two packs from Vancouver to SL. No one from their Kurunegala warehouse respond for phones. Its busy always. When ringing, no one pick phone to fix an appointment to collect packs. I will never use this company.
