Studio Pazo

I ordered 3 Stendig calendars online on September 2, 2020 and needed to refund them same day as the order was doubled up on our end. Leo the contact person responded same day saying the refund would be processed in the next couple days but it never was. I reached out to him multiple times over the period of a month no response at all. Finally over one month later (October 9, 2020) he responded, however, he was rude and arrogant in his response. We ended up having to dispute the charges prior to his response as there was complete silence on Studio Pazo's end. I would not recommend supporting this business for the attitude alone of Leo. There is always another store to shop at. This one does not get our business. Go somewhere you are appreciated. In addition to this, after posing this review, Leo called my place of work yelling on the phone. So I hung up the phone on him. He then proceeded to call multiple times after the fact and left multiple voice messages including the following voice mail ... Apparently you're a big baby so I don't even know why I'd be leaving a message but you need to grow up and realize the world doesn't revolve around you." (Message is saved

Total Love!!! Such a fantastic store!! Unique and unforgettable pieces, great place to bring some creativity to your home or to buy gifts. Here you can find wall decor, clocks, tableware, glassware, candles, calendars and more - everything is top European quality, and you can order many other things from designers' catalogues directly from the store. The gentleman who helped us was super nice and passionate about the store; he knew all about various manufacturers, designers and has recommended a few nice things to us.Can't wait to return!

Worst service I have ever been exposed to. I was very curious as to why they only open Monday through Sat 1-5:30 PM but thought that if they have great stuff and great service, they could be a little cocky about their hours.Their stuff looked nice and of good quality, I must admit, but service was horrible! The tall thin guy working there was racist and a classicist, which is not appreciated anywhere but particularly in Toronto. I walked out of the store with a real sense of disappointment and will never support that store.If you are looking for great service, great products, and a cool experience, go see Jake at Machine Age Modern or Rob at Guff - both within walking distance with much more friendly hours and staff. Products are also great!

Lots of product that I have never seen on display before. Interesting pieces to fill the home, from inexpensive to wickedly expensive. Definitely one of the more interesting stores in Toronto no matter how little it is probably known from its location. The one thing that really stands out though is the owner who is such a nice personality.

If you like stores where there is no room to swing a cat; this place might be for you! There is some nice stuff in here, frankly too much!! Way too much! You can barely move! So much stuff you cannot see anything. On top of that the prices are kinda high and the proprietor disinterested and unfriendly; busy intently looking at a shelf. Perhaps pondering how he can jam a few more items in!! So to sum it up it: it could be a nice store if half the stock was removed and the prices dropped by at least 30%In response to the response from the owner": I can assure you it is not possible to navigate your way around this store in 30 seconds! I did a complete 'tour' and it took a good 5 mins . As for grunting a response to "Hello"; well that didn't happen as I did not get a hello! You know nothing about me so how are you able to determine my stance on understanding quality

Jamie and Patrick your comments are so biased that it makes me wonder what your problems are. I live on the other side of Canada and have had many orders sent to me. There has never been any problem with the representative or the delivery of the orders. They moved to a larger location because of needing more space for their quality furnishings. Over the past 10 years that I have bought from Studio Pazo, there has never been any sign of racism or bias so therefore neither of your posts are credible.

An amazing design store, full of the works of European designers. A lot of Scandinavian homeware, with a focus on Finnish and Danish. They also have lots of Moomin things, which a true rarity in Canada.

Love shopping at Studio Pazo. I get most of my gifts from here plus my kitchen items. The quality of the items are superb. Plus the owner, Leo, is one of the best people you'll ever meet. As long as this store remains open I will continue shopping here.
