My son started at first roots about a year agoand the changes and the growth he has madehas been incredible.Everyday he comes home with new skills, newlanguage and so many stories. Every Friday hesaysmama is it the weekend?" And when wesay yes he responds "but I want to go to schoolevery day". That's how much he loves it.I can't tell you how lovely every single staffMember is. I enrolled my child in this preschool and have been extremely disappointed with the level of care they have received. The staff seems more concerned with making the children nap quickly, rather than making sure they are safe and well taken care of. This was especially concerning when my child sustained three bruises on face, and the staff did not notice. When we brought this to the staff's attention, they were only concerned with us signing an accident report. This level of neglect is unacceptable, and I can not recommend this daycare to any other parents."

Without a doubt, choosing First Roots was the best decision we made for our son .Mrs.Yasmine is professional and extremely passionate about teaching. My son was exposed to lessons, activities and materials that build upon his skill set by Mrs.Yasmine.The administration staff was really organized and everything ran smoothly.I highly recommend this place for any parents.

Charlotte enjoyed her toddler and pre-school years at First Roots. The school has its own plaza complex—lots of parking, and own in-house kitchen. The school has a great sunny outdoor playground far from the city roads. Thanks to the educators in her class, my daughter built up many skill sets, such as presentation, organizational and critical thinking skills. She’s intelligent and independent. She made some good friends here whom she wants to bring to Disneyland. Also, many parents educated their kids well, and the children developed good habits by learning from their peers. For parents, last year, we suffered a couple of pandemic waves. The school handled it very well and provided parents with lots of flexibility. Although there is some room for improvement (no matter for which school), I endorsed this as an excellent school out of a group of other options. I truly appreciate all the efforts the management team and educators have made.

We couldn't be more pleased with the care and attention that our toddler is getting at First Roots. She adjusted so well and quickly with the help of the amazing staff. We love how she's trying so many different types of foods and activities. All the teachers, management team and staff are so welcoming and nice. You can really tell they give their whole heart and energy into everything they do for the kids and centre. I would highly recommend First Roots to any parent. We totally trust them and wish them all the success they deserve!

My daughter graduated from the preschool program in June. There are so many positive things to say about First Roots. I think the most important indicator is how much my daughter loved it there - it's been two weeks and my daughter still misses the school and her preschool teachers. I've noticed significant academic, social, and emotional advancements during her preschool time here, and it is due to the high quality teaching here. My daughter looked forward to meeting and learning from Ms. Yasmine in the Preschool 3 class everyday, and Ms. Ruiya also quickly became one of my daughter's favorite teachers. All the other staff are also amazing, they obviously love children, and are very professional and understanding.Overall I am so glad to have attended this program and I have already recommended it to many of my friends who have daycare-age children. I will give this place a 5/5 - thank you!

My son bas been join First roots almost a month as part time infant. He really loves his teachers, all the teachers and staffs are very nice and friendly. My baby is very happy everytime when I pick him up. The food they provided are yummy, my baby eat a lot when he's at school that pretty amazing. All the facilities are new and they have a fancy car for outdoor play, kids love it. We will definitely stay with First roots! I'm so happy we have a such nice and reliable daycare at our community!

We used this centre for nearly two years, and had mostly positive feedback (with the occasional negative experience with management that we tried to look past) until the end. You had better hope if you attend this facility that your child scores perfectly for behaviour, language and learning skills or they will be documented to the point of being asked to pay for one-on-one support or simply to just leave. Inclusion and equity? Not found here.Untrue statements about what your child does will be thrown in for good measure in these documented reports (which are their word against your child's) such as statements that sound nothing like your child at all (such as your child having no eye contact, spinning behaviours we have never witnessed, etc. to insinuate our child is autistic). As an aside, health professionals have reviewed our child's development and it is normal in their opinion, thank you Dr. Daycare. The administrators will say they are bringing forward these concerns for the welfare of the other children". We had planned to send our son to JK here despite my reservations about Boram Kim's unprofessional behaviours in the past
