We ran into a bit of an issue after wanting to change the dates of our ticket due to medical issues in the household. Then, we realized that there was also a fair difference we had to pay because several weeks had passed after we first purchased the ticket. Selma worked diligently to work something out for us and she succeeded. I would refer Selma and Mavi Travel to anyone wishing to book a ticket or travel package. She is very down to earth, kind, sincere, and understanding. Thank you Selma.

Will probably rebook with Mavi travel. Communication can be difficult as there were assumptions made before listening to the customer. After clearing the conversation, the agent was able to book a flight. She also arranged a good seat and applied a discount code to my purchase. I am excited to book an all-inclusive resort for our next vacation.

Always attentive....always professional...always goes above and beyond to get the best rate. I been working with for years and have purchased many tickets with no issues. No matter how late Selma always returns calls and is always very helpful!

My experience with Mavi travel has been very pleasant. The agents were very polite and also very helpful with booking the tickets.

They need to be more transparent and honest when inquired about the fees and charges. They should directly communicate with the person who purchased the ticket and have issues with instead of calling his wife to tell her they've been harassed" by her husband!!. They should be less defensive and more professional dealing with unsatisfied clients. If cheaper price is your only priority

Since years were booking with them myself and my family. I heard from people that they were rude I didn’t understand why because we never had issues with them. Then suddenly we had an emergency and I had to book online because they were still close until 11 am on a Saturday. We had a small question with the ticket so I called her to get an advise and book another ticket with her. she literally said she doesn’t know and this is what happens when you dont book with us!!!! You’re loosing clients..you can be more professional.no more mavi travel in our life thats for sure. Now I understand why people dont book with them.

I booked an all inclusive to Punta Cana.The service there was poor, most employees don’t speak English or pretend they don’t understand what is the issue .On the way back the bus never picked me for a transfer to the airport. The receptionist called a taxi and suggested to keep the receipt and my travel agency will reimburse me.On the airport I was forced to take unnecessary COVID rapid test which cast me U$45.Upon my return to Toronto I shared the experiences with the travel agent.Her response was that she can forward the complaint to the authorities in Dominican but expect no answer as this is the normal practice…
