This location is incompetent. Stay away and go to any other auto parts store. Every time I came to this location I've had a problem. Never again. I've had to call head office numerous times to resolve my complaints. Rude unknowledgeable employees. Especially Stacy.

Excellent Service. I was greeted when I walked in the store. I explained what I was looking for and the lady showed me what they had that might work. Found what I needed. Nice to be treated with respect being a woman walking into an auto parts store. Well Done NAPA !!!

Some of the best customer service I have experienced at any auto parts store I have been to. They went above and beyond allowing a refund on items which I purchased from a different location ( the Langley location does not carry the items ).I recommend the Langley location to anyone who is looking for parts. All the people I dealt with at this location were great. They went above and beyond to assist me with finding the parts I needed. Good on you guys. I will definitely be coming back.

Spoke with Stacey about a battery I went to pick up I ordered on line. She pointed out One I got wasn't quite right and suggested a better fit. She has excellent product knowledge and I will def be going there again.

Worst place ever! Don't go there! They are running a scam with the black haired sales girl! No returns, sales are final even if the product is still sealed! And they won't tell you about that policy untill after you buy?! What a joke! Princess auto you can return and many other places. Screw NapA! 0 stars but no option for it

Helpful and friendly staff. All the staff are knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I don't know anything about vehicles except how to drive them & fill the gas tank. The staff here helped me so many times figuring out what a doo hicky and a thing a ma bob were.This is my go to Parts Store. Keep up the amazing work.P.S. Being female and able to try to explain something you know nothing about... Is definitely easier to talk to another female who knows their stuff!! The guys are pretty great too.
