I recently dropped off some jewelry for inspection, repair, adjustment, and to gather new ideas at Continental Diamond(using my late Mother’s estate jewelry) for new creations. I brought my daughter-in-law with me. i wanted her to pick out ajewelry gift as well.I needed a jewelry store that I could trust with advice and guidance for future projects/new pieces.At this particular visit, I showed my jewelry to Tracy B. and talked with her about my items.I want you to know that Tracy has remarkable customer service skills. She is an absolute delight to work with!She opened up new ideas on my old jewelry that I hadn’t ever thought of. And I love her ideas! Ashly K was unbelievably helpful in the process of finding an engagement ring! From the moment we stepped into the door looking at rings for the first time the entire staff was welcoming, but especially Ashly. It is evident Continental Diamond does a good job with how many customers are circulating in the store and how quickly you are helped. Ashly made the looking and buying process so smooth. She answered all our questions and was so accommodating to our requests! The selection Continental Diamond has is like no other! Continental Diamond has gone above and beyond to make sure my engagement ring is perfect - and it is. Hannah helped me design my dream engagement ring and even put up with my crazy requests and changing my mind along the way. I couldn’t have found a better person to work with. Dino at the repair counter has been nothing but funny, friendly, and reassuring throughout the process of repairing my ring when I bent it. Several of our friends told us to visit Continental Diamond when we were ready to purchase our wedding rings, plus I had some older jewelry I wanted to to use to create a new necklace and we were right away impressed with the excellent service and knowledge that Rachel showed us! She patiently showed us around the whole store and helped us compare the various designs and quality of the diamonds. In the end we went back to one of the first rings I had chosen but needed the reassurance I was making the best decision. My fiance also had a specific ring design in mind and she was able to find one that he really liked as well. She made the whole process very special and we will most definitely return down the road when we decide to purchase more diamonds! Thanks Rachel!!

Fantastic service, selection, and value!! Jeff at Continental was awesome to work with. I took my then-girlfriend, now-fiancée in to do some ring shopping, and Jeff led a fantastic showing for us. About a week later, I came in to buy the ring. Jeff did an excellent job managing my expectations with periodic updates as the ring was getting prepared. He ensured I had the perfect ring in time for a very special proposal.Continental Diamond itself had a great selection of engagement rings (and also other jewelry and watches). The complimentary mimosas didn’t hurt either! Will for sure be going back for wedding bands and other jewelry needs.

I recently received a piece of customized jewelry from Continental Diamond. Ashley Johnson, Custom Designer, was incredible. She designed a necklace using diamonds I had sitting in a drawer for years. They were an unusual shape and she created a necklace that showcased them beautifully. The craftsmanship was amazing and Ashley walked me through each step of the process. The necklace is gorgeous and I receive compliments all the time. Thank you Ashley and Continental Diamonds!

Continental Diamond gave me a fantastic experience. When I went in to get an engagement ring for my now Fiance, Blake and Jeff really helped me out with picking the perfect ring that not only looked gorgeous on my girlfriends finger, but was well within my budget. My second experience was when I took my girlfriend in to get our wedding bands together. Once again Blake and Jeff really put themselves out there. They were so kind to my fiance and worked within our budget as we picked out our wedding bands. I will absolutely be coming back in the future.

I was hesitant about the process for buying my wedding ring and wow! Continental Diamond made everything so easy and was fantastic at finding a fit, style, and ring within my budget. Hannah was fantastic at providing options (they have so much selection) without being overwhelming with too much information. The atmosphere was very welcoming and not overbearing, which helped alleviate any concerns. Highly recommend them for any jewelry purchase, not just wedding rings. I will happily be engaging them again if/when my next jewelry need arises.
