Yesterday I spoke to the manager Kelly in the morning on the phone about coming in to get some price adjustments since I couldn’t get through to their concierge service. That night in person, as I was getting the price adjustments completed, I was met with eye rolls from the staff who were exchanging looks while laughing and snickering at me. The entire process took 15 minutes but you would think I was asking for an organ, the way they were acting. I got scolded once during the process and then as I was trying to leave for asking them to do what is part of their job and keep in mind the store was dead so it’s not like they were busy. I finally got upset and said that if they didn’t want to do it, they should’ve said no in the first place and then they lied and said the manager I spoke to had said no. I’ve never been so embarrassed and treated so badly at a retail store and because of a service they claim to provide. Never thought I’d be bullied by grown women. Rae, Shawna, Anna, how sad you need to laugh at and belittle customers to pass the time and feel better about yourselves. You should all be fired.

I bought two pieces here on my last visit., But I really always want to buy everything. Classy and good quality. I love this store.

A couple of weeks ago, my sister and I went into the store to try on a few dresses. The staff in the dressing rooms were really not helpful or friendly at all...it was like we were bothering them. No help in getting different sizes to try... I would give them 0" stars if I could."

Bunch of rip offs! All the positive reviews are fakes made my people who work there who are trying to up their professional appearance. Over charge for cheap made in CHINA products which are garbage and only last a week, IF that, sells cheap knock off clothes with the seams sticking out of everything. Not to mention the snooty pretentious staff that stick their nose up at someone just because they aren't skinny or rich looking, considering the ridiculous prices they have, they think they're better than everyone else. This store should be shut down! I'll be reporting them and going on the news with this!

I came in looking for some home decor, as I was looking at the glasses and vases one of the employees came right beside me and just stood there watching, didn’t say hi or ask if I needed any help. She just kept staring at me and my friend without saying a word. Definitely made us feel super uncomfortable…

Every time I shop here the staff is beyond helpful without being over bearing. Always greeted with the warmest welcome, and staff are super knowledgeable on the brands they carrry. 10/10!

This company will buy your email address and make false sales to look good. Not ethical at all.

Staff could be more welcoming, but it has a lovely atmosphere full of cute clothes and home good. It is quite expensive but they sell some beautiful pieces, so it’s worth it.
