I always go to stylist Madison Wise, who always does an amazing job with my hair. Madison will now be found at the Lake Cowichan location, she is definitely worth the drive. I went in for a balayage appointment and it turned out great! My hair is pretty damage from bleaching it so I wanted to do something that was low maintenance and madison did great! It turned out exactly how I wanted it and my hair feels so much healthier after a good trim! Madison was very welcoming and was so easy to talk to!

I had my hair done by Madison last week and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. She knows exactly what to do with my hair to give me my ultimate hair goals. The salon itself was beautiful which made the appointment so relaxing. I would recommend Madison to everyone I know, she is truly the best!

I also experienced bad customer service after trying to give feedback on a low quality mens haircut. I’ve been paying about $45 each time I see Madison. She does not seem as experienced or knowledgeable as what’s advertised, which is OK if she just took her time and had a better attitude when customers gave feedback. For anyone looking for a salon quality mens haircut for shorter, wavy-curly hair, I wouldn’t recommend Madison at this time.I tried her services 3 times, and last time she was bragging to her receptionist about how fast she could get me in-and-out of the shop and move onto the next client early. My sides were uneven and too high, and chunks of hair were missing in some places. I don’t normally write reviews like this and tried working with Madison as I normally do with my new stylists, but her attitude and response was very poor when I tried sharing my experience and asking questions afterwards.She might have good skills for dying and trimming long hair, but I think she still has a ways to go and needs to be a little more kind and humble in the process.
