Clipper Street is an excellent store and the staff is amazing. Deanna and her team have done an incredible job of keeping us all going through this pandemic. Anytime I have needed help finding something specific, the staff have been more than accommodating. They also have amazing classes and I am so thankful they were able to move to virtual classes so we could still keep learning. Love this place!!

Extremely clean store with amazingly friendly staff and a great selection. Parking is good as well.

Went here around 2:30 during the week and walked in. There were 2 ladies working in the store. One of them rudely said they closed at 1:30 and rudely asked if I didn’t see that there’s no open sign out. For one, why is your door unlocked if you are closed? And two, what business closes at 1:30??? Perhaps due to Covid and short staffed however a lesson in customer service is highly needed. Will not return due to the rude, unprofessional staff.

This has been my favourite store for over 15 years now. Every single person that works at the store is so kind and extremely helpful. The online virtual classes are so much fun. I can call the store for ANYTHING and they will accommodate my request as best as they can. Living in Canada we are so lucky to have our favourite store helping us with all our crafting needs. Shop local and most of all be kind to each other. Happy crafting everyone <3

First time in the store, I needed help finishing a card. One of the staff (sorry didn't catch her name) helped me find some string to complete the project. I'm not very artsy, so it was such a huge help to have her there. Thank you so much! Great store Super friendly staff!

Ladies at Clipper Street deserve at least 10 stars, cause they work really hard till late at night. Every day @2pm they have live video stream on Facebook, where they show you lots of goodies, so you can watch from the comfort of your home and almost every item shown is 10% OFF (except for some specialties, but there are very few). Once in a while, they have big sales, so you can really stock up on crafting supplies at awesome prices. I sure did :) Even regular prices are awesome, best around and trust me, I keep checking other places. Don't be discouraged that you can not browse the store, they are doing this for all of our safety and safety of our families and theirs as well. So please, first find more details and check out the together @2 before you let your frustration out. It's a small family business and they only trying to survive best they can. Don't you think it's worth it in a long run, so we all have a craft store to go to in the future? Lots of my favourite craft stores closed around me over the last few years and I don't want to loose another one! Thank you for reading, have an awesome day.

I have been a Customer of Clipper Street for ages. I love the fact that they are having on-line classes so I follow from the safety of my own home during these Covid times. Love love love Clipper at 2 where the new products are shown and we have the opportunity to purchase. The demos and guests from different areas of the world are just one of the highlights. The staff are very friendly and helpful.Thank you for doing your part to keep us safe. Thank you for the exciting demos and of course sales

First time ordering from these folks from another province. Courteous service. They seem to have very limited hours of operation. Will see if I receive what I ordered in a timely manner and in good shape.
