I don’t normally leave reviews but this one had to be done. My experience at Access Storage has been nothing but amazing thus far. Vincenzo (I hope I got that correct) has wonderful customer service skills, and his phone etiquette is just as great. Most importantly he took the time to make sure my first storage experience was an easy transition. Super helpful and friendly, highly recommend this location.

Access Storage accomplishes everything it needs to for a good price.But what really makes you want to give your business to this establishment is the customer service! Had multiple amazing experiences when needing to speak to staff on sight. Special shout-out to both Sydniee and Mitchell for going above and beyond my expectations and giving me such a wonderful experience.I would certainly use these storage units again, and would highly recommend to anyone else looking for some extra space for any number of reasons.

My wife Kim and I arrived before opening hours. Sydniee Bulick was already there and invited us in while she got set up and served us early. She was very friendly and even though she was new to this location, helped us find a perfect smaller unit to transfer into near our existing unit. We were so happy to get it all done smoothly and earlier than we planned. Thank you Sydniee!

Up to the point of getting there, the experience was fine. The girl on the phone was friendly and helpful. However, locating my locker was a pain. It was explained over the phone, but when I got there it wasn’t clear. It took 20 minutes to locate my locker and of course there’s no one to speak to or answer the phone after 5 pm. A map should be provided upon rental or posted directions inside the building.
