Staff care is Ok but found my father dressed in the same dirty pants 2 days in a row .I exploded at that .who would dress an elderly man in the same dirty and stained clothes the next day.food is sub par no bacon eggs ever .soup and sandwich for lunch

Everything ran smoothly and on time

incredible. My grandfather has been in the facility for a month now, and we are so incredibly happy with the care he is receiving and the amenities available. The center is imacculately kept, the staff are friendly, the other members are happy. Great facility.

Caring staff.

There is many things ..but ill start with the ability to get to my fathers room when his bed bell goes off meaning he is up and off the bed with no assistance ! I have repeated this many times and in stead of ansers i get agruments as to why they just cant ..i get told we have thirty other people to look after his room is to far away and many other excuses hire more people ! They have argued with me to have his room moved closer to the front ..he likes the room hes in a d does not like change ..he has had many falls since being there and was left there way to long afterwards and has been brusied and battered because of these falls ..as ive stated earleyer i have had coversations with staff and head of staff only for it to turn into a battle of wits and defensive on thier behalf ..soo after his last fall that ended him in hospital yet again i tested this bussiness of his room being to far and thier to busy ...i removed my father from his bed and waited and waited and waited somemore ...i then looked out the door down the long hallway no one not one sould of staff at the front rooms closer to the office nor at the end of the hall where my father is ahowed up his bed bell is ringing away and not a soul came!!! ..i have cancer and copd so my fastpace is slow and im able to make it down that hallway in 3 minutes ..! Not only that but when i went to go check where staff was i found two of them standing in the dinning area chatting up a storm ! Is that what they get paid for ? I was so freakin angry i had to leave it alone or id loose it .. how long did my father lay hurt before some one realize he was hurt ... untill this place hires more staff the staff they do have should be on things more constanley moving and checking on thier patients not standing around talking or sitting care is hard work not a paid title!! And there is so many other things about this place including staffs poor comand of the English language that i can not post all at once .. i regrett having my Dad there for along time now for many reasons

Fantastic care for my dad. The staff here are top notch!
