Andy showed me a few options to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. He'll tell you he didn't sell me a vehicle, he just helped me buy one. That's exactly what it felt like! Very prompt service. Friday before a long weekend and I had a tire blow out on the Highway. Went to Chrysler and asked for a tire repair and they had it done ASAP. Would definitely go back for Service to this Company.

The service at this place is always top notch from an advisor level. Jamie(if I’m spelling that correctly) was super friendly and the ladies at the service desk are always super easy to deal with. I had brake pads and rotors front and rear installed and it was flawless from the technician side of things. I also had my AC recharged, and was charged quite a substantial amount more than before, but the manager informed me it’s because the refrigerant that they now use, is about double the price than previous times, which I understood. She was understanding of why I thought it was a bit more than usual and knocked 100 dollars off of my initial quote. It’s a small gesture but appreciated. Other than having to pay a bit more than I originally thought I would have to, this place is 5 star service! Highly recommend!

We bought a used vehicle from them. They agreed to fix a few things as a condition of sale and they didn’t. We have tried to get them to follow through with their promise with no luck. We do not live in Edmonton and service thinks it’s acceptable for us to pay fuel, meals and hotels out of our pocket to leave our vehicle with them again to try and see if this time they will stick to their word.We also brought our vehicle down for them to do some work. Not all the parts were in, (this was never communicated to us but service manager blamed us), tried to arrange for them to fix the issue noted above for over a week no one returned our phone calls, not one. They had my vehicle for two days while I could do nothing but sit in a hotel waiting for them to complete 1/3 of the job requested. And this is a solution that their service manager thinks is acceptable.I work in customer service and this is extremely poor from the salesperson to the service dept. if I was management I would be addressing this. As a customer, I wouldn’t recommend them at this point. Breach of contract, extremely poor communication, extremely poor customer service, lack of integrity, and blaming the customer for all the service departments short comings. If I did any of this in my customer service job - I would expect a trip to the owners office with consequences.They promise the moon until they have your cash and then you mean nothing to them.

Updated review: We recently found out we were lied to by Stephen (with a 'PH' heaven forbid if autocorrect changed one of four Stephen's to Steven). That was the lie that was just an addendum to the lies we have recently discovered. The car is great, but finding out about these lies is enough to change our stats from 5 stars to 2. Oh and tell Janie her diffuser is way too strong, she did offer to turn it off but we didn't want to be rude or put our needs ahead of hers.Please stop harassing customers to complete perfect 5 star reviews on Google or the Dealership Experience Survey provided by FCA. Once or twice is sufficient, any more than that and it is harassment. I will not lie unlike your staff and I feel under extreme pressure/duress to make this review perfect for GW Chrysler by the sales staff.The only reason you retained 2 stars is because we do love our car, and we have no regrets making the choice for that car ONLY. TAKE THAT AS YOU WILL! Just got a brand new Jeep wrangler from great west Chrysler! What a quick and easy process! Steve was my sales guy and he was amazing. He did a fantastic job of making buying a new vehicle a good experience! Couldn't be more happy!

Excellent customer service! I definitely recommend this dealership. There was no pressure and everyone was absolutely nice, from the manager, to the finance manager (Gina) .The creme de la creme is JOSH. He is attentive, nice and an all around good guy. He never pressured me whatsoever.He attended to my every need! I had a blast with him.I will definitely do business with them if Josh is bringing Perrier again :)UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE!

I found the specific truck I was looking for on Autotrader. I’m from Ontario and everything was a breeze from start to finish. Whitroy is the man, he gave me a virtual tour of the truck and along with Sal there were no hidden surprises with the vehicle or financing. Their customer service was A1 and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle.
