3 months of dealing with this company and got nowhere. Appeared to be interested in doing the work at first. I kept calling and trying to book. Never got a firm commitment. If you cannot do the job just say so.

Had a great experience, they were fast and efficient and didn't overcharge me for some of the little extra's due to my budget. Which was very very nice of Clayton. Very pleased with my service.

Tried to get them to return calls for over a month, to no avail. Not proactive customer service at all. Pretty much same complaint as other one shown

Excellllennnnttttt job!!! I am so thrilled! My house looks absolutely beautiful. Flooring was done to perfection. They also did my deck and railings which I cannot wait to use this summer! I was actually impressed that it could get done this time of year so wow thank you!

We are very pleased with our new deck. Clayton's work crew of Chris, Wes and Dave did a great job of replacing our worn out vinyl decking. They installed a new edge for the flashing, tore off the old vinyl and put our old railing back on, all in one day. Clayton was easy to deal with, and after an initial hiccup with lack of communication, all went smoothly. Suggestion is to text or email Clayton if you want to pin down the schedule, which being a deck is very much weather dependent! All in all we are happy with the appearance of the deck, the quality and the work done. Definitely would recommend to other family and friends.

My wife and I contacted a few contractors in town when shopping for our renovations. Not only did Renovation 911 spend the most time on the phone with us, discussing options and pricing, but they also got back to us the quickest. That, and they came in at a much more reasonable price than most places. Clayton and his team were polite, on time, and answered all the questions we had. We will be using them again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone.
