Special thx to Trevor who was great at getting us the pieces we needed.(I deducted one star because I felt uncomfortable that there is a salesclerk at the counter that kept counting down, in five minute increments until he could go home. I am a builder, designer, self employed for over 30 years and have ordered and purchased from Fairbank Lumber my entire business life.The staff always a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable! The employees at pick up dock such a delight! Keep up the great service!!!

Go to Home Depot. This place sucks. You save $1 per plywood but you gotta wait so long that you could’ve saved your time by shopping at home depot. Took us 2 hours to pick-up the order. The wood quality is not the great! At least you get to pick the wood at Home Depot. Terrible customer service too! Ridiculous! Waste of time. DON’T GO HERE!

Good but not the great store it once was. Some millwork no longer available in certain wood species. Need to double check order picks. Current catalogue a shadow of Volume 3. Nice revamped showroom though...

I was trying to buy some Column and just for them to give me a quote took them nearly a month and every time I called they where saying the person who’s doing the price is sick can you believe it just 1 person doing the quotation. Anyway so the last time I went by they where trying to sell me what they had like MDF or wood Column and giving me wrong information like fiberglass is to weak and can’t hold to much weight so finely I found a supplier who’s selling Fiberglass Column and there was the place I get to know the fiberglass can hold up to 6000 bl and got what i was looking for and I’ll never ever go back to fair bank agin if I could put zero star I would but can’t lol

One of the better locations for lumber selection. If they had more services reps on the floor, I would have given it a 5 star review.
