I bought flat paint from this store! I rolled my walls with it! Sent my husband back for touch up paint a few years later! He was sent home with paint that had a different finish. The argument at the store is that they never sold us flat paint. The walls do not lie. A company that blames and argues with the customer for a mistake you as a company made, is unacceptable. This mess up from your store will cost me, your customer a couple hundred dollars to have the entire hallway, kitchen, and entrance repainted because of your mistake. And to have your staff argue that it could never have been their mistake is a terrible attitude, no offer to give us the correct paint we need and told my husband, it’s his fault.I won’t support your company any longer. That will my word of mouth as well.

I have to say my experience was rather pleasant gooling in to buy paint. The sales associate was incredibly helpful. I was able to find exactly what I needed and had all my questions answered. Incredibly happy with the paint I have purchased, it has covered nicely.

Great service, and fantastic staff! Was serviced quickly, and the staff knew what I was desiring. Easy to work with and had a good eye for the paint colors I was working with. Will return again for paint and flooring!
